From the user perspective, the expert evaluation method was applied to determine the index set and hierarchical structure, and AHP was used to determine the index weight. Fuzzy evaluation method was introduced to realize the quantitative evaluation of service quality of public library. Through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model, the comprehensive evaluation index of service quality in library was evaluated. Yantai Library was taken to verify the evaluation model.

B2B refers to the Business to Business, is the online trading between Business (enterprise) to Business, and namely the exchange of products, services and information between enterprises and enterprises via the Internet. Based on the basic theories of strategy management, this paper applied competitive intelligence in the strategy management of the whole process of B2B e-commerce, and used the system analysis methods with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis including PEST and SWOT matrix to described the operation environment, and further revealed the development status of B2B e-commerce development in China, and finally analyzed the development trend.

With the continuous development of mobile digital technology, digital library’s innovation service capability and mobile service level need to be further improved. This paper built a mobile service capability maturity evaluation model based on the capability maturity model (CMM) for digital library from the perspective of knowledge service. Taking the mobile service capability of digital library as the research object, it constructed the model from two spatial dimensions of basic resource capability and process capability, and determined the maturity evaluation system through the analysis of evaluation index.

Combining with the book purchasing data of Anhui Provincial Library, this paper pointed out the main problems existing in books purchasing market at present, and mainly discussed how to strengthen the construction of literature resource management and maximally meet the demands of readers based on library’s resource construction requirements.

With the influence of the "Internet+culture", Heilongjiang Provincial Library has stood out from the crowd in provincial digital libraries’ information resource construction, and also existed some potential deficiencies. Taking Heilongjiang Provincial Library as an example, this paper analyzed the status of its information resources sharing, and discussed the shortcomings in depth, and proposed the optimizing countermeasures on information resource construction of Heilongjiang Provincial Library.

Starting from the concept of autonomous learning, this paper analyzed the current situation and shortcomings of foreign-language collection resource in university library, and creatively put forward the idea of building foreign-language collection resource system based on autonomous learning mode within the paper book resource, foreign-language multimedia digital resource and autonomous learning platform, so as to optimize the structure and construction of foreign-language information resource in China’s university libraries, and play a greater role in college English teaching.

After Member libraries of Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia bid farewell to the traditional manual running mode, they had higher demands on the application of new technologies, and an increasing number of them need construct websites. This paper analyzed the existing software and hardware infrastructure of Shaanxi Library, and proposed the website building program by using library’s software, hardware and technical strength, and introduced the design and implementation process of website building program.

This paper aimed to analyze different paper formats used in SCI scientific journals in agriculture, and provide suitable recommendation for selecting proper paper format for scientific journals. Through collecting the paper format information of 201 SCI journals related in agriculture by searching in Web of Science, it analyzed the journals with IMRaD (Introduction, Materials and methods, Results and Discussion) and IMDaM (Introduction, Results, Discussion and Materials and methods) structures. Both the IMRaD and IMDaM structures were used in the searched journals. Among the 201 journals, 184 journals used IMRaD structure and only 17 journals used IRDaM structure. IRDaM fitted better for journals with high impact factor, especially for journals in Plant Science. In order to meet the needs of internationalization of scientific journals in agriculture, every journal should select proper format of paper according to the characteristic of every journal. It suggested the multidisciplinary journal should adopt the IMRaD structure.

At present, China’s facility grape cultivation area is developing rapidly, and the facility grape cultivation technology researches are also stepping into a deeper level. This paper gave a comprehensive analysis about 4313 papers on leisure agriculture published in China Academic Journal Network Base of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) from 1986 to 2010 by bibliometrics and statistical methods, involving the aspects of paper number, time distribution, author information, journal source, fund and so on, and made a valuable addition in literature measurement with content analysis method.

In recent years, the academic contribution weights of co-authors have been paid close attention. Through the detailed analysis of existing methods, this paper combined with the characteristics of scientific research projects, and put forward the basic principles of determining the weight coefficient, and gave a new formula for calculating the weight coefficient by using the method of analogy with fractal graphics.

Taking the academic journals database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the data source, and information visualization software UCINET and "Bibliographic Co-occurrence Analysis System”as the tools for data processing and analysis, this paper analyzed the current situation of reading promotion in university libraries from the perspectives of published literature quantity, author cooperation, regional distribution and periodical analysis, to reveal the research characteristics, research hotspots, promotion strategies and other issues in this field, and provide meaningful information for the research and development of university library reading promotion.

Analysis and research on effective promotion strategies of wechat library can provide reference for library to utilize new media technology to promote service and thereby improve reading promotion. This paper investigated and analyzed the promotion status of wechat library, and then proposed the promotion strategies combining online service and offline service by taking the Wechat Library of Xidian University as example. Through the promotion, the number of users increased rapidly by 2168 and the platform gained a wide spread on campus. There were three key elements in this successful promotion. First, combining online service and offline service could take full advantages of these two promotion strategies. Second, gifts were used to draw attention of readers. Third, the wechat platform was recommended to the classmates specifically through friends' recommendations.

Based on the questionnaire data, this paper analyzed the current situation of reading promotion in Jiangsu’ university libraries from basic input, promotion time, promotion subject, promotion platform, publicity channel, activity form, activity brand, requirement analysis and promotion evaluation, and pointed out the existing deficiencies, and put forward some countermeasures for promoting the reading promotion of university library, including perfecting the reading promotion organization, strengthening the evaluation of reading promotion activities , focusing on the user analysis and expanding reading promotion channel.

This paper elaborated on the contents of digital library and its sustainable development, and analyzed the role and significance of the sustainable development of contemporary digital library by combining with the new normal economy, and studied its sustainable development direction, and determined the development goals and tasks, as well as corresponding security mechanism and efficient model, hoping to accelerate the developing process of digital library in the new normal economy in a certain extent.

Under the new situation, the progress of all industries is inseparable from the persistence of innovation. University library should not only realize innovative development, but also expand broader new functions and equip with more complete library service. Improving library functions should be combined with social responsibilities and roles of the development of universities. When the think tanks provide good policies for social economic development, meanwhile university libraries can also extend their own functions by timely adopting new concepts of think tanks and serve the think tanks. In the new stage, think tank concept is in line with the long term process of library development, fundamentally accelerating the innovation and development of the libraries.

The cooperation between university library and publisher is a new book acquisition mode. In the era with rapid development of information technology, information asymmetry, service asymmetry and irregular market among libraries, library book suppliers and publishers, have seriously restricted the construction of library resource, while the cooperation can achieve mutual benefit and win-win, promote the construction of library and the development of publisher. According to the production process of book, this paper expounded the cooperation ways between university library and publisher before, during and after book publishing, including planning topics, publishing service as required, providing bibliographic data for library, book acquisition from publisher and coordinated reading promotion activities, and analyzes the deficiencies of cooperation and put forward some suggestions.

Traditional book purchasing mode has showed some problems including readers’ dissatisfaction on purchased books and low utilization ration of library literature. Patron-driven acquisition as a new book purchasing mode, involves readers in book purchasing, which plays an active role in increasing the utilization ration of library literature, adding the index of readers’ satisfaction and improving the use of funds. This paper took Shaoxing Library as an example, and made an analysis of its patron-driven acquisition through online and offline ways, and provided reference for other public library.

Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) has brought not only effect on traditional higher education, but also opportunities on the development of university library. This paper introduced the domestic and foreign status of MOOC, and analyzed its important significance of higher education, and discussed the four roles of university library in the wave of MOOC, and then put forward the current problems.

In order to understand the situation of information literacy education in China’ university libraries, taking 39 “985 Project” libraries representing domestic advanced level as objects and focusing on the situation of information literacy education, this paper surveyed the library websites and made the literature research based on latest relative studies, and analyzed the results of investigation, hoping to provide reference for other university libraries on information literacy education and promote the improvement of information literacy education.

Entrepreneurship education is an important means to deepen the reform of higher education and cultivate innovative talents. How to integrate entrepreneurship education into literature retrieval course, and promote the students' information literacy and entrepreneurship literacy, is a very realistic pertinence research topic. Based on the analysis about the connotations of entrepreneurial education and information literacy education, this paper explored their inner relationship, and drew lessons from the flipped classroom to realize a new kind of blended learning model based on flipped classroom with the combination of entity course and network online course. The teaching mode aimed on not only helping the students master the basic theoretical knowledge systematically, but also provoking students’ enterprising spirits and cultivating students' ability in evaluating entrepreneurial opportunities.

The problems of left-behind children relate to many aspects including education, culture, health, psychology and law, among which the cultural competence of left-behind children has an important affect on their socialization, which effects the accomplishment and social state of them when they grow up. This paper investigated the status of left-behind children’s cultural competence, and analyzed the factors leading low cultural competence of left-behind children from the perspectives of family’s cultural capital and education equity, and proposed corresponding measures to cultivate the cultural competence of left-behind children, including constructing the idea of educational equity to eliminate education discrimination by improving the cultural capital of families for left-behind children.

This paper investigated and analyzed the current situation on how the scientific editorial board used editing system to provide text and video instructions of preparing manuscripts for authors, and pointed out that scientific editorial board should provide detailed instructions and videos on paper preparation vi editing system to help author to improve their paper writing quality, and proposed scientific editorial board should guide the authors to use the text and video instructions to insure the effects of editing system.

Under the environment of MOOC, university library can design and development embedded metaliteracy MOOC module, and use diverse and multi-level education guide modes to meet the information needs of different disciplines and promote the metaliteracy education development of library. This paper expounded the concept of metaliteracy and its relationship with information literacy, and analyzed the combination of MOOC and embedded metaliteracy education of university library, and researched the embedded metaliteracy education mode of university library under the MOOC environment, and finally put forward the design methods of metaliteracy education curriculum.

In recent years, the amount and the price of published books are increasing year by year. For a library, it is unrealistic to collect all the published books. Faced with this challenge, some scholars put forward the theory of core publishers. According to the characteristics and major setup of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, taking Chinese published book purchasing data and reader's ranking data during 2014—2015 as basis, this paper used comprehensive analysis method to determine the list of core publishers, so as to provide some references for other university libraries.

In order to facilitate the editorship, this article analyzed several kinds of bibliographic reference formats by looking up documents and GB/T 7714—2015 Information and document: rules for bibliographic references and citations to information resources, and proposed the rational citing forms for these kinds of documents, according to the Science Paper Online Platform and the features of included paper. Editors should pay attention to DOI application, and the trends of publication and citing documents standardization.

This paper introduced the basic concept and characteristics of embedded subject service in university library, and analyzed the significance of constructing the embedded subject service based on scientific data management service system, and expounded four contents of university library’s embedded subject service, and finally put forward the construction strategies.

This paper measured the levels of end-users’ acceptance and use of e-library service by employing multiple methods based on UTAUT model, and analyzed the factors influencing end-users’ behavioral intentions and usage on accepting and using e-library service. The results showed 57 percent of variances existed in end-users’ acceptance and use of e-library service in the universities of Inner Mongolia area, and social influence played a significant role in end-users’ acceptance and use of e-library service.

With the popularization and development of Internet, and the implementation of “Internet+” strategy, information has widely and deeply changed people's life and production. Information construction has been the main direction of China’s rural science and technology information service. Taking Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University Library as an example, this paper introduced the design of functional module, the realization of main functions, the problems and solutions in the platform construction.
