Research on the Evaluation Model of Digital Library’s Mobile Service Capability Maturity from the Perspective of Knowledge Service

Abstract: With the continuous development of mobile digital technology, digital library’s innovation service capability and mobile service level need to be further improved. This paper built a mobile service capability maturity evaluation model based on the capability maturity model (CMM) for digital library from the perspective of knowledge service. Taking the mobile service capability of digital library as the research object, it constructed the model from two spatial dimensions of basic resource capability and process capability, and determined the maturity evaluation system through the analysis of evaluation index.
