Abstract: Literature resource construction is the eternal theme for library and the basis of library work. Under the background of government procurement, literature resource construction concerns government purchasing center, press, literature supplier and library. Combining with the book purchasing data of Anhui Provincial Library, this paper pointed out the main problems existing in books purchasing market at present, and mainly discussed how to strengthen the construction of literature resource management and maximally meet the demands of readers based on library’s resource construction requirements.
