Abstract: After Member libraries of Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia bid farewell to the traditional manual running mode, they had higher demands on the application of new technologies, and an increasing number of them need construct websites. This paper analyzed the existing software and hardware infrastructure of Shaanxi Library, and proposed the website building program by using library’s software, hardware and technical strength, and introduced the design and implementation process of website building program.
