Analysis on Township Culture Station in China Based on Management Model

Abstract: This paper described two kinds of management models about township culture center, analyzed and compared their strengths and weaknesses combining with the culture center's history and status, and pointed out that at this stage the main culture center management model was a reasonable choice, and put forward suggestions about the development of township culture station.
