Research on the Development Trend of B2B E-commerce Based on Competitive Intelligence Strategy Management

Abstract: B2B refers to the Business to Business, is the online trading between Business (enterprise) to Business, and namely the exchange of products, services and information between enterprises and enterprises via the Internet. Based on the basic theories of strategy management, this paper applied competitive intelligence in the strategy management of the whole process of B2B e-commerce, and used the system analysis methods with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis including PEST and SWOT matrix to described the operation environment, and further revealed the development status of B2B e-commerce development in China, and finally analyzed the development trend.
