Under the background of new urbanization, the citizenization of migrant workers is an important historical task in nowadays China modernization construction. The core of new urbanization is the citizenization of migrant workers with human oriented. According to practical problems in migrant workers’ information literacy education and information consumption, this paper pointed out that the lack of information literacy ability was the biggest obstacles which restricted migrant workers’ information consumption, and put forward some basic measures for public library to strengthen migrant workers’ information literacy education and synergistically push the information consumption level.

In order to satisfy the demand of more accurate information retrieval of information users, the search of knowledge layer based on knowledge element is studied. This paper deals with the problem of granularity of information retrieval, the relative concepts of knowledge elements, the theory and technology of knowledge element retrieval, and the research results of knowledge retrieval. The theory and technology of knowledge element retrieval is not yet mature, which needs further research and exploration.

Tea Industry has been Hunan’s traditional industry for a long history, and tea has also been the mainly exports of agricultural products. In recent years, the competition of tea industry is becoming much tenser. This paper described the general situation of Hunan’s tea industry in details, and used various indexes to analyze the competitiveness advantage of Hunan’s tea industry from two aspects including internal and international competitiveness, and compared the competitiveness among Hunan province and other principal tea-producing provinces, and proposed corresponding suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Hunan’s tea industry based on conclusions.

There are some problems in the publishing of dissertation in China, such as diversified development, non-standardized license in commercial exploitation and development constraints in non-profit development. From the public effect and economic benefits, dissertations are fit for open access. This paper analyzed the practicability of dissertation’s open access from four aspects: the press policy of country and institution, publication funding to open access, copyright protecting and enforcement body of specific transaction.

Combining with the problems and challenges of university library's information resource construction, as well as big data theory, this paper discussed the value and methods of applying big data in university library's information resource construction. During this process, university library should pay attention to select appropriate platform and tools, establish the relevant rules and regulations, and promote the development of librarians’ data skills.

With the rapidly expanded coverage of library service and the diverse demands of readers in center-branch library system, the construction of literature resource has faced higher requirements. Quality control can optimize the management of library, resolve the contradiction between quantity and quality of literature collection and improve the collection and service level. In the center-branch library system, library should follow the systematic, dynamic and equalizing principles to control the whole process of literature resource construction according to the different objectives and tasks at each stage.

By visiting the library website of top 10 universities ranked by WU Shu-lian in 2015 Chinese University Rankings, this paper analyzed the experience and existing problems of digital resources use in China’s university libraries, and put forward some measures from three aspects of librarian, digital resource and reader, to improve library’s digital resource efficiency.

The forms of library collection data are various and the data storage quantity is huge, especially for the semi-structured data with complex structure, which has brought enormous difficulties to library’s data management work. Aiming at this problem, this paper put forward a kind of intelligent retrieval system based on the semi-structured collection data of library. This system used the ontology technology to realize the feature extraction and data conversion of semi-structured collection data, and at the same time established case library by applying distributed retrieval structure based on sites to realize the multi-site retrieval and system display of user information, which can greatly reduce the operating cost of library and improve the retrieval efficiency of user information.

In combination with the actual collection in Mudanjiang Normal University Library, the mobile augmented reality technologies were used to design and develop a literature service system with literature push as core function. It used QR code to mark the shelf and paper resource, Nokogiri web crawling technology to obtain text information, and manual identification registration tracking technology, etc. The system operation was simple and convenient for readers’ rapid reading about book's contents in a short period. It can provide borrowing history books, editor and media and reader recommendation, book reviews, readers' attention, similar literature information, the same author's other works and other information resource to readers, and let readers judge if this book is the book they want in the shortest time through the pushing information, so as to meet the individual needs of readers and promote the service efficiency of library.

With the development of the Internet, people's daily life has been gradually transformed into the data.The importance of data has also been realized by people. Data mining technology is gradually applied in real life.In this library borrowing analysis system, it used the decision tree C4.5 algorithm analysis to analyze libraryinformation and calculate the information gaining rate, and then constructed a model of decision tree based on library borrowing information to get the most satisfying books of library readers, which realized the application of data mining technology in the field of library and provided a great book lending recommendation system for users.

As the Central Asian Studies are catching more and more attention, this paper, by collecting 721 relative literature during 2005-2015, aimed to explore the domestic research status, research focuses, research fronts and knowledge base of Central Asian Studies through the clustering and visualization analysis based on the literature of co-occurrence and co-citation relations by using mapping knowledge software citespaceIII .

Taking Science Citation Index Expanded as data source, and applying bibliometrics method, this paper made a bibliometric analysis on papers in the realm of EGCG research during 2002-2015 from aspects of published time, country/region, research institutions, authors, published journals and research direct, so as to reflect the research status and provide reference for further research and development.

With the further development of semantic web, linked data and ontology theory, thesauri has been playing a more important role in information organization and retrieval. This paper synthesized information visualization method and bibliometric method to analyze the domestic research status of thesauri in recent years, and reveal the research history from time series, and then reviewed and expected the main areas of thesauri compilation and usage including automation, terminology service, knowledge organization and ontology building by using Citespace to make cluster analysis of subject words.

Taking the main Chinese databases as data resource, this paper made a biliometric analysis on papers focusing on under-forest economy from 2006 to 2015 based on keywords retrieval and Chinese library classification, and analyzed the development trends of under-forest economy, and found out the research hot spots through the co-word analysis.

CNKI database was chosen to analyze the published articles on farmers’ information needs study in recent 30 years based on paper number, major journals, and cited times. Issues including status and trends were analyzed. The result showed that：(1) The most popular 5 topics for farmers’ information needs study were situation investigation and analysis, characteristics of farmers’ information needs, information supply mode, farmers’ access to information means, barriers in farmers’ access to information; (2) The analysis of overall paper number in each periods showed that the researcher paid more attention to the situation investigation and analysis at present; (3) Without stable financial support, most researchers’ research direction was followed the project, lacking of the existing problems and deep discussion; (4) In the context of agricultural informationization, the research literature on farmers’ information needs increased with relatively fewer quantity and lower quality.

Co-word analysis was conducted with the keywords extracted from the publications of Scientia Silvae Sinicae from 2005 to 2015 by using Excel and SPSS. The relationship between each keyword was studied and the hotspot and tendency of forestry science research in China in recent ten years were revealed objectively and scientifically with the help of factor analysis, multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis. Our results may offer reference for both the scholars engaged in the research of the forestry science and research project and disciplinary planning in the field of forest science research.

Mongolian oral literature widely exist in the Mongolian areas and is the historic reflection of Mongolian nomadic life. This paper studied and discussed the development and protection of Mongolian oral literature. On the basis of the literature resource in Inner Mongolia University Library, it analyzed and summarized the present situation and types of Mongolian oral literature by using semi-structured interview method, as well as the status, measures and problems of the development and protection of Mongolian oral literature, and put forward relevant strategies and suggestions based on the concept of intangible cultural heritage protection and local characteristics.

By using ESI index system, this paper analyzed the overall scientific research situation and discipline competitiveness of Henan Agricultural University, and found six disciplines with more advantages than others, as well as two potentials disciplines. Through the comparison among these two and other domestic agricultural and forestry universities, it pointed out the gap with their benchmarks, so as so provide reliable reference basis for the discipline construction.

In order to get the relevant factors of readers from the borrowing data of aging books, referring to the dynamic model for infectious disease, this paper established a dynamic model based on the different kinds of crowds and their quantity change, and applied this model to fit the same-time observation borrowing data in Agricultural Library of Jilin University during 2012-2013, and obtained the diffusion coefficient and decay coefficient which reflected the aging mechanism of same-time observation and the reading habits of current readers, which could help analyze the status of book aging and guide the book acquisition and aging books weeding, as well as provide guidance for the pointed data mining.

With the popularity of Internet applications and the rapid development of cloud computing technology, cloud data has become the new favorite in urban agricultural information resource. This paper expounded the characteristics and functions of urban agricultural cloud data, and analyzed the existing intellectual property issues in the urban agricultural data management and service in library, and constructed the new urban agricultural intellectual property data management and service model based on cloud computing.

With the development of digital publishing technologies and the popularity of electronic reading terminals, digital reading has entered the field of rural reading. In this case, the digital construction of rural library has become an inevitable development trend for rural library project. Due to the obvious advantages on content resource and reading way, as well as the impact of practical needs, policy orientation and economic actuation, the construction of digital rural library has appeared the upsurge. According to the correlation analysis, this paper made the outlook on the long-term preservation mode of public library’s book information.

Using students from second grade to fifth grade in some rural primary schools in Hainan province as study objects, this paper expounded the general status of left-behind children in Hainan province, and analyzed the status and barrier factors of their cultural information acquisition, and proposed the corresponding measures from cultural information acquisition access, acquisition needs and behaviors, so as to provide reference for the cultural information service of left-behind children in Hainan province.

Every new media has brought great impact on the world, the emergence of television media expanded our senses to the long distance, and the emergence of network media led us into an information age, while the emergence of mobile terminals made network media achieve the mobile media. This paper analyzed the characteristics of new media, and pointed out the challenges for the library service in the new media environment, and probed into the innovation and development of library service in the new media environment.

This paper discussed the characteristics and countermeasures of university library’s reference service in MOOC environment, and pointed out that it should embed MOOC service for teachers and students, MOOC user guidance, information literacy education, librarian quality improvement, reference information resource and mobile reference service.

After the application research in various fields in recent two years, “Internet+” has been effectively integrated into social life and become practical Internet service mode. This paper analyzed how university library continuously improved and broke through the bottle-neck of traditional information service in the change of information technology, and put forward the suggestions on innovation and development of “Internet+” university library service mode by combining with practical library management and service. With the progress of technology, more innovation service mode would be appearing in the field of intelligent library in “Internet+” era, and library would become omnipresent “third space” of intelligent culture within reach.

Based on the previous survey about the needs of data librarian, this paper investigated the position setting, responsibility and qualifications of data librarian in 50 foreign universities, as well as some attempts in domestic universities, and analyzed the role of data librarian and its impact on the function transformation of library, and put forward several practical directions, with the purpose to provide reference for libraries to carry out data management and research service.

This paper introduced the concept of data quality, as well as its relationship with scientific data management, and analyzed the composition of embedded subject librarians’ data quality in the era of big data, and studied the basic pattern of data quality cultivation, and finally put forward the development path of embedded subject librarians’ data literacy education.
