The main indicators reflecting the agricultural science and technology innovation capacity in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities were taken as the basic data in this paper, and the evaluation index system of agricultural science and technology innovation ability was constructed with agricultural scientific research institutions’ innovation ability as the research object by using principal component analysis method. The results showed that the overall level of Hebei’s agricultural science and technology innovation ability was low, ranking the 14th in China, which was restricted by the weak foundation of science and technology innovation, the shortage of manpower and funds, the weak investment in science and technology and the relatively inferior innovation environment.

"The 13th Five-Year Plan" has guided the development direction of new normal for China's economy, and also raised the requirements for higher education to construct the world's double "First-class"（first-class discipline and first-class university）universities. Based on the above background, this paper compared the theory research and practice exploration on university libraries’ new normal, and then reviewed and analyzed the existing problems in the new normal construction by taking 116 libraries in “211 project” universities as objects, and finally pointed out that new normal was a construction strategy based on its concept, condition and mechanism, to condense the new normal connotation of library and propose the realization of new normal library.

MOOC is an innovative distance education model to enable people interested in learning to obtain high-quality education resource. This paper analyzed the rise and development of MOOC in China, and proposed the knowledge service idea of MOOC in the sci-tech training for leaders of agricultural cooperative economic organization, and built the service model of MOOC through top-level design of MOOC knowledge service in library, professional MOOC service personnel, MOOC platform construction, training mode design, appraisal system establishment, etc.

Scientific research institutions are important subjects for the development and innovation of science and technology, whose performance management is an important guarantee to carry out the national innovation-driven strategy.Establishing scientific, reasonable and feasible evaluation system for science and technology is the basis of performance evaluation. The principle of the performance evaluation of scientific research was discussed, the advantages, disadvantages and scope of commonly used evaluation methods, such as peer review method, Delphi method were discussed. In order to provide reference for the performance management of agricultural scientific research institutions, scientific evaluation method was suggested according to the characteristics of agricultural research institutions.

Relying on the characteristic disciplines of architecture and related professional resource in Anhui Jianzhu University, starting from the discipline construction and social needs, this paper built a comprehensive and systematic retrieval platform for the characteristic database of intelligent buildings, to collect the scattered documentation on intelligent buildings and provide special service for users by advanced information retrieval technology and internet. From the practical operation results, this platform operated well but still had some deficiencies. Some improvement suggestions were proposed.

This paper expounded the necessity of developing the self-built database service performance evaluation in university library under the environment of big data, and listed the following principles in this process, and analyzed the performance evaluation index, and finally put forward the perfecting strategies, so as to promote the development of self-built database service performance evaluation in university library.

This paper expounded the advantages of applying vein recognition system to realize unlicensed borrowing, and gave the working principle and composition of vein recognition system, and then elaborated the application of vein recognition system in the unlicensed library from three aspects covering the establishment of user identity database, user identity authentication and users’ book lending, and finally analyzed the existing problems through collecting upfront input costs, workload, user acceptance and equipment identification accuracy of vein recognition system in unlicensed library's promotion.

As time goes on, paper literature is damaged by various reasons, like yellowing, brittle, moth, rupture, abrasion and so on. Paper literature has an indelible contribution to the progress of human society and the development of science and technology. This paper used the method of literature study to analyze the aging mechanism of paper literature suffering from a variety of reasons, and put forward some modern protection technologies and measures, so as to provide a reference for the further research in this field.

Informatization is the general development trend of modern world, and also the important force to promote China's economic development and social reform. Agricultural informationization, as an important aspect of information, not only gains great attentions from the country, and its related theory research and practice summary also become the current hot research fields in recent years. Bibliometric analysis methods was carried out to investigate the papers published in CNKI database in recent years based on indexs such as paper literature number, authors, major journals and so on. The current situation of agricultural informatization research in China was analyzed for the purpose of understanding the hot topics at present and providing useful data for researchers and decision makers in the field of agricultural informatization.

Taking the articles about under-forest economy in the CNKI database during 2006—2015 as research object, this paper analyzed the development trend of research topic about under-forest economy by using information visualization analysis software CitespaceⅢ based on Java, and found that the current domestic research about under-forest economy mainly concentrated on forest tourism, under-forests planting, pattern research, under-forest breeding, development status and countermeasures, forestry industrialization. The development trend indicated that forest tourism and under-forest planting became the focus of under-forest economy research during 2006—2009; with the raise of collective forestry property right reform, under-forest breeding, pattern research and research of woodland resource became the research hot spot in 2012; After 2012, with the attention on forestry construction and green economy, forestry ecology development, the research topic mainly included forestry industrialization, business model, development status and countermeasures and existing problems, and showed various and scattered development trend.

Taking the literature with key words of "Literature Digital Library" in the CSSCI database in 2010-2015 as the data source, this paper used cluster analysis of high frequency keywords extracted by BICOMB2 and SPSS software, to analyze the hot spots and cutting-edge trends in recent years on digital library research. The results showed that in recent years the research of digital library was still active, while resource sharing and co-construction, data management and service innovation, personalized information service, information security and copyright protection research became the research focus of digital library. Combined with the current development of digital library, the nationwide reading and promotion, library legal system and library rights, library institutional repository construction should become new hot spots in the future.

In order to comprehensively study the hot spot and development trend of domestic and foreign cloud computing research, and provide the information basis for the further research, by taking the patents and journal articles about cloud computing included in Innography and Web of Science database as data sources, and using Innography patent analysis and CiteSpace knowledge mapping methods, this paper conducted the visualized comparative analysis from the year, countries, research institutions, highly cited documents, research focus. The results showed that the cloud computing research focused on cloud computing environment, data center, virtual machine technology, and it had entered a stage of rapid development.

With the arrival of the new era of big data, digital library has become a new learning space. The analysis on its hotspots and trend has immeasurable value. This paper selected 70 papers from 2010 to now as the research sample, and used BICOMB bibliographic analysis system to extract keywords and form co-occurrence matrix of keywords. With the help of SPSS software, the six main components of hot spot were analyzed by means of factor dimension reduction method, including the rational construction of digital library resource under the big data, the data structure of innovation, cloud computing and big data technology, knowledge service model, knowledge resource integration service, future development of the planning and innovation strategy. Through the analysis of relevant hotspots, the emerging research value points were continued to dig to promote the sustainable development of digital library in the future environment of big data.

To make full use of the advantages of mobile Internet and the technology of point to point in Wechat platform, and put the corresponding products directly to the vast number of consumers, has become one of the most popular marketing mode. Wechat platform with its characteristics of high efficiency and convenience, strong interaction and low cost, has a strong push function to the book marketing. However, there are many problems in the practice, such as the slow effect, the rigid marketing way, the neglect of the brand image construction and so on, which make the wechat marketing have a lot of limitations. In this regard, it should take some measures, such as increasing wechat marketing investment, creating new wechat marketing model, putting the wechat marketing into enterprise's brand strategy, so as to fully realize the role of wechat in the book marketing.

This paper summarized the impact of information rent-seeking on the government information disclosure, and discussed the security function of library in this system from two aspects of preventing and reducing.

This paper firstly discussed the definition and contents of digital literacy, and then analyzed the necessity for public library to implement the digital literacy program, and finally suggested public library should make good use of e-reading room to conductdigital literacy program and improve the public informationliteracy by changing ideas, updating resource, introducing talents and perfecting the management.

With the arrival of big data era, university library has played irreplaceable status and role in the cultivation of college students' information literacy training, and also shouldered the important task of im-proving college students' information literacy. Through the analysis about the integration of occupation abil-ity and information literacy education in university library and the current status of college students’ informa-tion literacy lacking, as well as the feasibility of information literacy education conducted by university li-brary, this paper carried out the fuzzification for the concept of information literacy, and introduced fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the information literacy of students and realize the mathemati-cal model of college students’ information quality evaluation. Through scientific demonstration of this evaluation method, it verified the feasibility of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation of college students' information literacy, and continuously expanded the information literacy service mode of university library, and played a positive role in improving students' information literacy.

Under the environment of MOOC, university library can design and development embedded metaliteracy MOOC module, and use diverse and multi-level education guide modes to meet the information needs of different disciplines and promote the metaliteracy education development of library. This paper expounded the concept of metaliteracy and its relationship with information literacy, and analyzed the combination of MOOC and embedded metaliteracy education of university library, and researched the embedded metaliteracy education mode of university library under the MOOC environment, and finally put forward the design methods of metaliteracy education curriculum.

This paper analyzed the characteristics of embedded subject service in library, and expounded the contents of real-time dynamic data knowledge service, and gave the realization ways of embedded real-time dynamic data knowledge service, including embedded physical space, digital space and social relations, and finally put forward the safeguard measures for the quality of library knowledge service.

Makerspace has added more innovation colors to existing service mode of university library. In order to make the reasonable strategic position and suggestions, this paper firstly used SWOT method to analyze the development status of makerspace service in domestic university library, and then constructed the makerspace service model by taking the behavioral agents as research perspective and analyzing their behavior process, and finally put forward some fundamental measures on makerspace service from five aspects of space style, librarian role, service content, program selection and creation promotion.

This paper analyzed the current situation of mobile library in China, and summarized the shortcomings in the development of mobile library at present, and finally put forward individual strategies and future tendency of mobile library.

In the ubiquitous knowledge environment, It is imperative for university library to change service model to win more customers. Based on the interviews with some oral reading users and surveys with university librarians on line, this paper got some conclusions as follows: Reading was a cultural gene, and was part of the life for university students; Oral reading was widespread in university library; The users’ experiences were not be fully considered in the space design; The idea of embedded users did not root in librarian heart. Based on the above findings, it discussed the space embedded service model from four dimensions including physical space, the idea of embedded, user needs and service purpose.

Currently, mobile reading has occupied an increasingly important position in national reading, and it has become an important part of library service. Through effective data analysis, this paper studied the impact of mobile reading on the reading behavior of readers, and further analyzed that library should take measures to actively respond to mobile reading, and discussed the existing problems of library in dealing with this trend.

University library has a large number of special type books with significant differences to ordinary books, such as format, thickness and binding methods. There are some problems in the daily management of special type books, including inconvenience in consulting, outstanding disorder phenomenon, serious deformation and damage and shelving difficulty. In order to avoid or reduce these problems, this paper presented some targeted solutions and remedied that from daily work, like conducting book partition, increasing contents of call number, using the shelf number to locate, giving special protect to thin books and strengthening the anti-skid and anti-dump measures.

By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of subject service of food science, and learning from subject service of other university libraries, this paper put forward countermeasures to improve the subject service level of food science, so as to provides high-quality subject service.

This paper discussed the application of wechat platform in public library service, and expounded how library used information service carrier to meet the development requirements of informatization and digitization, and analyzed the relevant principles on the combination of reader service and wechat platform and showed the specific case of Guangxi Library, and then discussed the functions of wechat platform in reader service from three aspects, and finally put forward the construction and application suggestions of wechat platform in library information service.

This paper first researched on the collaborative innovation target of university library’s industry-university-research cooperation briefly, and then analyzed the positioning of university library’s embedded knowledge transfer service, and made the comprehensive study from scientific research, teaching and social sciences, and specifically analyzed the knowledge transfer service from the service process, and put forward the strategies of embedded knowledge transfer service in university library with industry-university-research cooperation oriented.
