Construction of Library Innovation Service System under "Internet+" Environment

Abstract: Innovation of library service system under "Internet+" environment is inevitable requirement for library’s transformation and development. With the main features of "Internet +", this paper examined library’s development predicament, and explored the necessity of innovation of library service system, then proposed overall structure and elements of library innovation service system.
