Research on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Public Library Service Quality Based on User Perception

Abstract: From the user perspective, the expert evaluation method was applied to determine the index set and hierarchical structure, and AHP was used to determine the index weight. Fuzzy evaluation method was introduced to realize the quantitative evaluation of service quality of public library. Through the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model, the comprehensive evaluation index of service quality in library was evaluated. Yantai Library was taken to verify the evaluation model.
