This paper analyzed the construction of competitive intelligence service platform for marine strategic emerging industries in the era of big data to provide some reference for the competitive intelligence work of marine strategic emerging industries. It researched on the overall framework model of this platform, and analyzed its subsystems. This platform can provide strategic decision-making support for the development of marine strategic industries, thus ensuring its further development.

From the perspective of reader and librarian perception, this paper made the performance evaluation on psychological contracts between users and librarians of public library based on LibQUAL evaluation mode. The results showed that the service attitude was an important index to evaluate the psychological contracts, and insufficient librarians’ service ability led the recessive imbalance of psychological contract, and the lack of users’ learning ability increased the difficulties of psychological contract maintenance. Taking 3 public libraries in Shandong Province as the research samples, it proved that public library should apply LibQUAL evaluation model for service improvement and correction according to the actual situation, and establish sustainable and objective quality evaluation model and standards to use in practice, which could provide theoretical and practical guidance for the service innovation and service ability improvement of China’s public libraries.

With the increasing influence of science and technology in daily life, education and culture development has also benefited a lot in this regard, such as multimedia teaching, remote teaching and application of mobile digital library and so on, which made outstanding contributions to the development and progress of education. Among them, mobile digital library has brought great convenience for autonomous learning, and further improved the national reading and learning time. It is very necessary to study the construction of characteristic information resource repository in mobile digital library. Based on the correlation analysis, this paper proposed the future development model of characteristic information resource repository in mobile digital library.

This paper introduced information pollution and the identification and preservation of digital resource in the information age, and analyzed information resource control function of digital bibliography, as well as the evaluation index of digital resource including qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.

Based on the bibliometrics study on MOOC and the fund source of MOOC platform, this paper presented to establish a provincial comprehensive management and application MOOC platform used for public education through the mode of public construction and commercial operation. The online public education platform adopted the sub-center mode to deploy hardware equipment, and designed software functions based on users’ roles, managed and analyzed the data resource according to universal standard. At the same time, it also proposed plans in security assurance management of the data backup including multiple sets, different places and varies media.

It is important to understand the characteristics and lifetime of paper in book preservation, while destructive methods are disallowed. This paper introduced some nondestructive testing methods,including near-infrared spectroscopic analysis, infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF), which were also the research focus in the world. These methods mainly measured the hydrogen bonding and crystallinity changes to testing the paper aging degree, and could provide some enlightenment for further research.

With the rapid development of open access in academic world, this paper introduced the the status and progress of forestry open access forestry from open access resource, open access policies of forestry organizations and forestry institutional repositories, so as to make people understand the open access status of forestry, and promote more effective use of forestry open access resource and more progress of forestry open access.

The research paper is an intuitive form of scientific research. Scholars of highly cited papers have been identified to occupy a higher position and higher academic influence in the subject areas. Based on the "highly cited scholars list" issued by Scopus database, scholars of highly cited papers were selected in agricultural, and environmental disciplines, and relevant data were collected from SCI database to have a clustering visualization analysis of research topics by using visual analysis software CiteSpaceII. These analyses reveal the research themes and changes in agriculture, environmental disciplines which provide a reference for the future development of the discipline.

Through the analysis on the characteristics of folklore culture in Zuojiang river basin, and the emerging of folklore literature as well as the heritage elements, this paper gave the broad concept and meaning category of folklore literature in Zuojiang river basin. According to literature value theory, it discussed the important value of folklore literature in Zuojiang river basin from three aspects, including developing local economy, flourishing regional culture and regional academic research.

With the improvement of RFID intelligent management system and standard, more and more universities have introduced RFID intelligent management system, and the practice and application of RFID has become a hot spot in the research of university library. In order to better study and use RFID technology and service for university library, taking the literature about RFID application of university library included in CNKI until 2015 as the the research object, this paper discussed and studied the quantity, literature source journals, authors, subjects, core organization distribution, high citation counts of related literature, and reflected the current situation and developing trend of RFID application in university libraries in China from the aspect of literature research, and then explored and found the practical experience.

Research on the book information demand of farmers is a starting point to solve the three rural issues. As book is one of the important supporters of cultural information, the significance and value of exploring the book information demand of farmers is unassailable. Only strengthening the research on farmers’ book information demand and grasping its characteristics can develop more book data and information accepted by farmers and serve the cultivation of new farmers as well as the construction of new countryside better. Sanya, as the vanguard of international tourism island construction, is urgent to build a farmer team with high quality, which needs to strengthen the study and find the features and construct a targeted database of book information. Based on the investigation and research status, this paper put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to meet farmers’ book information demand.

Using SPSS software, this paper analyzed the phenomenons and causes of university librarians’ job burnout based on questionnaire, and proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to relieve the job burnout of librarians from social cognition, university management system and the quality of librarians.

Hybrid library has been introduced to China and been the mainstream trend in the development of library. This paper studied how to preferably develop the hybrid library from following aspects, hoping to inspire some enlightenment for researchers.

Through the analysis on the existing problems in current acquisition and cataloging work in digital university library, this paper gave its optimization direction. And combining with the environment changes, business integration demand and work mode demand of digital university library in information era, it put forward four improvement principles and five optimization measures for reference.

Research papers of textbook construction under different learning models were analyzed and the problem that blended learning textbook was not developed yet was pointed out. Taking Information Retrieval and Utilization for example, the disadvantages of blended learning model with traditional textbook were discussed. The views of combing the characteristics of this course and learning model and considering textbook design idea and contents to construct the textbook and giving the operability description of teaching and studying behaviors to achieve learning effect were proposed.

Based on the survey data about new generation migrant workers’ employment information demand willingness in four prefecture-level cities in Guangxi, by using Binary Logistic Model, this paper made a empirical analysis on the willingness and major influential factors of new generation migrant workers’ employment information demand. The results showed that the employment information demand willingness of new generation migrant works were relatively strong, but there was a certain difference between subjective and objective influencing factors. In subjective factors, marital status, education level, monthly income, professional skills, familiarity of labor laws and regulations had the significant positive effects on new generation migrant workers’ employment information demand willingness, while some objective factors like the properties of employment unit, the access to employment information channels, labor contract were also positively correlated.

This paper summarized the connotation and research background of innovative and entrepreneurial talent, and discussed its constitution, and put forward the reinterpretation and positioning on the teaching goal, contents, methods and assessment system of information literacy curriculum by focusing on the existing problems, so as to make this curriculum really compulsory to improve students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship”.

Reading promotion activity in university libraries is very meaningful. Reading promotion has always be borne by library alone. In this paper, the importance of counselors’ participation in reading promotion was analyzed based on the questionnaire investigation about the status of college students' reading, and a new reading promotion mode was put forward, which asked the common advancing of counselors and librarians (including three aspects: library, counselor, librarian-counselor), so as to help students improve their reading ability, stimulate reading interests, guide reading direction and set up the correct outlook on life and values.

Library now has the character of big data, which can realize the aim of promoting the core competition and influence by converting library service to smart service. Taking Xi’an University of Science and Technology as example, this paper introduced the concept and characteristics of big data, and expounded its application in domestic and foreign libraries, and established the new smart library service system by collecting, analyzing and mining the lending data, library visiting data, electronic resource utilization, self-service equipment utilization and log data.

From the perspective of talent demand, this paper analyzed the significance of university library in providing innovative education, and its environmental advantages, resource advantages and talent advantages, and proposed the paths of university library to provide information service for innovative education.

Referring to American customer satisfaction index ACSI model, combining with the characteristics of library work, this paper constructed the reader satisfaction of library service model (RSLS). Taking the library service evaluation index of teachers and students in Liaoning University of International Business and Economics as the sampling study object, using LISREL statistical software, the simulation results of this model showed: it has higher reliability; the path coefficient among each latent variable of its structural model assumed to comply with the basic, which meant it had higher fitting degree. This model could make library understand the needs of readers and optimize the allocation of library resource to ensure the effectiveness of library work.

In today’s rapid development of public library, the reading promotion activities aiming to promote the library knowledge service have attracted more and more attentions of experts and scholars. And the common reading promotion service modes of China’s libraries have their own characteristics and shortcomings. This paper analyzed the research status of library’s reading promotion service modes, and made the comparative study on the mainstream of reading promotion service modes to find out the future choice and development trend, so as to provide some reference for the in-depth study of China’s library reading promotion service.

In order to meet the personalized reading needs of readers' self-service in the library, university libraries need to construct self-service information service platform by integrating network resource, increasing self-service book machine, creating digital reading space and perfecting self option service, and expand service areas and space to let reader experience the library convenient with humanization, intellectualization and self-support, and play the important role as the literature resource centers and information service centers.

This paper discussed the development trend of library’s information service in the network environment, and analyzed the digital library resource integration technology. Based on this, it designed the integrated and open management platform of library resource, and mainly introduced its physical structure design, logical structure design and database access design, and finally gave its service mode.

Taking the related literature data of CNKI as data resource, using the bibliometrics method, this paper made a quantitative analysis on the research status of library service innovation from the aspects of literature information volumes, core authors and representative research institutions, and drew the knowledge mapping by using the information visualization tool CiteSpace, and explored the hot domains of this field, which gave some useful reference for the research on library service innovation.

Taking foreign students from Tianjin Foreign Studies University as objects, this paper summarized the features of foreign students’ information needs, and analyzed the dilemma of information service for foreign students from both supply and demand, and then put forwards the information service based on network interaction, which was the effective mode for libraries to service foreign students.

The development process of library has evolved from traditional library to digital library and compound library, and been changing to smart library currently. With the changes in its specific form, its corresponding business process is also constantly adjusting, following as traditional library business process based on material flow, digital library business process based on information flow, compound library business process based on the mixed information flow and material flow, and smart library business process based on the comprehensively perceptive information flow and material flow. This paper analyzed the changes of library business process in these four stages by the chart, to provide some practical reference for library construction.

This paper analyzed some existing problems of reader service in university libraries, which were relevant to the history, humanity and social development, and put forward some instructive and useful innovation strategies for the reform of reader service.

Smart library has set a higher request to subject librarian’s service level, and the subject librarian service has also provided technical support for the realization of automation service of smart library. Based on the definition of subject librarian service, this paper further discussed the responsibility and necessity of subject librarian service in smart library, and finally raised the strategies on how to improve the service consciousness of subject librarian in smart library.

Along with the rapid development and popularization of information technology and electronic technology, e-books have been more and more popular among young readers of all ages, and paper books’ borrowing rate has showed a decreasing trend. Due to the slow response, many university librarians have caused the job burnout, which not only affected the academic position of library in university, and also influenced the realization of individual self-value of the librarians. On the basis of stimulus-response theory, the comprehensive quality improvement mechanism with dynamic mechanism, incentive mechanism, feedback and evaluation mechanism, security mechanism as the key factors was constructed to take a useful attempt to deal with the job burnout of librarians in the digital environment.

Emotion management is a kind of capital management, which is the important condition of library's innovation and development. Strengthening emotion management is of great significance to reduce the librarians' individual and group emotion stress, stimulate their potential, improve the management performance, promote the harmonious library and enhance the competition ability. Library should explore to strengthen the concrete means and methods of emotion management from librarian, work, society and other aspects, to promote the implementation of management objectives.
