Analysis and Design of University Library Wechat Marketing Based on SOLOMO

Abstract: SOLOMO (Socialization, Localization, Mobilization) represents the change trend of users’ information demand and provides new opportunity for the future marketing activities of library. Wechat is recognized as the best explanation for SOLOMO. This paper discussed and analyzed the feasibility and patterns of wechat marketing, and pointed out several problems that should be noticed during the process of university library’s wechat marketing, which might promote the information service of university library more targeted and accurate, and meet the individual needs of readers at different levels.
