Study on the Chinese Version of Foreign Journals

Abstract: Low utilization ratio of foreign journals is a common disease in the libraries due to the language barrier, and converting foreign journals to Chinese version should be a effective solution, which need pay more attention to the editing and publication links and apply the Intelligent translation software to conduct language conversion. While the language barrier is overcome, foreign journal will be welcome by readers with a increasing utilization ratio.
