Blended learning provides a new perspective for the innovation of teaching mode in the context of "Internet +". The "Double Teaching Systems" is one of the teaching mode of this idea: the domestic content system was treated as the primary teaching main line, while the foreign system would be absorbed by students in a similar form of Flipped Classroom. The two systems are embodied in a course, so as to realize the expansion and optimization of the teaching content. Practice shows that the "Double Systems Teaching" is a kind of effective teaching innovation mode.

This paper pointed out the existing problems in the cooperation process of open access for university or research institution, and established a decision model for open access knowledge sharing based on game theory and extension theory, and then analyzed the single game and infinite games by using the model, and finally got the knowledge sharing mode of decision-making units, hoping to contribute to the development of open access.

The clients of university library alliance are readers first, and then the member libraries. And its goal is to provide the most suitable service for its clients. With the development of information technology and the change of users' needs, university library alliance should make use of new information technology to meet the new needs of clients. This paper proposed that university library alliance should establish its own software alliance architecture from three aspects to achieve the established objectives, including SaaS cloud alliance platform, application software alliance and working software alliance.

In recent years, mobile library has been widely used in China’s universities, and promoted library alliance to develop to mobile library alliance. This paper proposed the opportunities and challenges of mobile library alliance construction based on the status analysis about of mobile library and mobile library alliance, and then put forward the exploration on the organization mode and service mode.

Based on the book circulation data in Library of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University during the period of 2012-2014, and the statistic analysis on collection updating index, circulation rate, utilization rate, this paper proposed three measures to optimize the collection construction of university library, including establishing circulation statistics group, developing book reselection and elimination system and establishing storage stacks.

Local literature usually is precious cultural resource for a country and a local region, and also the most distinctive part in public library’s collection. Improving the system design of local literature construction and promote the development, management and service innovation of local literature on the basis of relevant nation policies is of great practical importance for protecting and inheriting excellent Chinese culture, laying a solid foundation for national culture security and building a strong nation of socialist culture.

Starting from the urban agricultural vocational education mode of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture, this paper studied the demand content, service scope, means and guarantee mechanism of urban agricultural vocational education’s information service, and explored the collection and collation, analysis and utilization, evaluation methods of urban agricultural vocational education’s document resource, and pointed out the characteristics of urban agricultural vocational education’s information service, and then proposed that it should strengthen the development of characteristic literature resource by combining with the requirements of college leadership’s decision-making and teaching and research on library service to meet the needs of personnel training.

In the construction of university library’s electronic resource input and output performance evaluation system, it needed to catch the characteristics of each link, and make the benefit analysis according to the specific performance of indicators with the previous analysis of specific indicators, and then carry out overall evaluation. It also needed to give effective instructions about the relevant links in the electronic resource input and output process in university library, and follow certain principles, and then pay attention to the related factors analysis in the actual evaluation, so as to achieve the validity and rationality of overall evaluation.

Aiming at the deficiency of literature retrieval, this paper proposed a knowledge retrieval based on knowledge unit. In order to clearly illustrate the specific implementation process of knowledge unit retrieval, it designed a knowledge deconstruction and reconstruction system of digital literature resource, and then elaborated the knowledge deconstruction, organization and reconstruction of digital literature resource combining with this system.

The reference service of library is realized through the coordination among different libraries, according to their strengths on information resource and talents, which can provide all-weather reference service to users. Through establishing reference and collaboration platform, library can improve its own competitive strength and reduce the service time pressure. This paper analyzed the status of library reference service, and expounded the construction situation about the reference and collaboration platform of Heilongjiang Provincial Library, and pointed out the construction rules, and made some exploration.

By using exploratory factor (EFC) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) statistics, this paper studied the potential variables of students’ evaluation on Ningbo’s university library websites. Results showed: (1) the EFC got four dimension factors in the evaluation of library website, whose scores were satisfaction evaluation (2.45 + / - 1.1), web page design (2.44 + / - 1.31), web resource structure (2.50 + 1.24) , feedback interaction (2.45 + / - 1.2). (2) the CFA’s evaluating coefficient in the library website evaluation model were CFI = 0.965, GFI = 0.965, NFI = 0.923, NNFI = 0.865, IFI = 0.954, RMSEA = 0.074, which were highly fitting. (3) male students gave more scores on web satisfaction, web page setup, web resource structure, feedback interaction than female, science students gave higher scores than liberal arts students, and the online frequency was one of the main factors in the evaluation satisfaction of university library website.

With the development of information and Internet of Things technologies, many libraries have used RFID technology to manage books and readers and other equipment. RFID has brought very good experience to library, managers and readers, while some flaws of RFID tag and reader have also brought a lot of hidden dangers to library books and other property as well as the reader's privacy protection. This paper summed up the security technology of RFID in library application with the previous research and library practice.

By using bibliometric visualization method, this paper researched agricultural e-commerce core papers from 2000 to 2015 through CiteSpaceIII visualization software tools developed by Dr. Chen Chao-mei, and then found that the research frontier of China’s agricultural e-commerce experienced three stages including starting, rapid growth and developing in depth and breadth, and the hotspot domains involved three major areas covering agricultural e-commerce model and marketing, informatization, logistics and supply chain. finally, it discussed the blank and domains needed to strengthen in the research of agricultural e-commerce.

This paper analyzed the current situation of the research on Chinese farmers' information literacy from the perspective of related research papers, and studied the theme distribution and fund support at this stage of this research, and analyzed the correlation between different research topics and fund supports through the regression analysis model. And then it drew the tendentious trend of fund support in this field, thus figuring out the research emphasis and weaknesses by combining with the conclusion of analysis on the current situation of this research to help researchers better choose the topics in the future research and promote the balanced development of this research in all aspects.

New master degree adding program is the the only way which must be passed in the development of university, and also is the top priority in the development of college library, while sufficient professional discipline resource is one of the essential conditions. From the view of new master degree adding programs, this paper reviewed the big data of sixty-five years’ library construction including paper resource, electronic resource, information service and discipline service, and proposed that it should do well the preparation work on sufficient resource security system before the programs, provide the analysis data reports on discipline resource support during the programs and summarized the experience and lessons after the programs, and then optimize the discipline resource allocation or redesign disciplines resource development planning to struggle for the leapfrog development of the school, such as renamed as university, assessment and comprehensive university creation.

Scientific research is the scientific research achievements of intuitive form. Scholars’ high citation in their field was identified as occupying a higher position and higher academic influence. Use scopus database released "high cited scholars list" as the basis, through the high cited scholars of literature quantitative analysis, to find out the scholars of highly cited papers related to the characteristics of environment science and agriculture. Focus on research results in production volume, the cooperation degree, research institutions and spatial distribution, as well as the influence of the journal, looking for high cited papers with the general rules for evaluation of science and technology so as to provide some references.

The innovative application of information commons in university library in big data environment can provide personalized and customization service for readers and is new trend for the construction of information commons in university library. This paper introduced the construction contents and the challenges of information commons in big data environment, and constructed the integrated information commons service to meet readers' highly efficient access of big data and the use of information.

Under the impact of slowing economic growth in China, the development of city library has also stepped into the New Normal, bringing new challenges to its sustainable development, which needs to look at themselves and form a new development strategy. According to the overall, long-term, cooperative and relatively stable characteristics of city library’s sustainable development strategy, combining with the development status of library under the background of New Normal, this paper pointed out that urban library’s management system was not reasonable, and the repeated utilization of book resource was too high, and traditional library business model still existed in the developing process of city library, and then proposed the corresponding sustainable development strategy.

In practice, many published books were in related with content, author and other aspects. This paper analyzed how librarian deal with these related books in classification and introduced some cases.

Through a survey of the WeChat official accounts of China’s archives, this paper analyzed 15first-class archives and their wechat service, and evaluated the popularity of the wechat accounts under investigation by using the “Index of New Media” big data platform from Tsinghua University, and then proposed to build micro service platform to promote archives’ service quality and make full use of their information resource.

MOOC copyright service is currently the main path for university library to involve MOOC, including copyright clearance, copyright license application, free resource finding. But it will encounter the infringement of copy right and network dissemination as well as the copyright disputes triggered by safe harbor principles. Through the network surveys and statistics in Harbin Normal University Library, this paper analyzed the diffusion process of three conducted innovative library service, and the feedback from users.
