Research History and Fronts and Hotspots of Thesauri in China

Abstract

Abstract: With the further development of semantic web, linked data and ontology theory, thesauri has been playing a more important role in information organization and retrieval. This paper synthesized information visualization method and bibliometric method to analyze the domestic research status of thesauri in recent years, and reveal the research history from time series, and then reviewed and expected the main areas of thesauri compilation and usage including automation, terminology service, knowledge organization and ontology building by using Citespace to make cluster analysis of subject words.
