Analysis on the Strategic Management of University Library’s Subject Service

Abstract: This paper discussed the bottlenecks of university library’s subject service, and made a detailed interpretation on Shanghai Jiaotong University's strategic planning whose strategic management of subject service was a successful model worth studying, and proposed that it was the strategic guarantee related to the development of library service and library’s sustainable development.
