Discipline Competitiveness Analysis of Henan Agricultural University Based on ESI

Abstract: By using ESI index system, this paper analyzed the overall scientific research situation and discipline competitiveness of Henan Agricultural University, and found six disciplines with more advantages than others, as well as two potentials disciplines. Through the comparison among these two and other domestic agricultural and forestry universities, it pointed out the gap with their benchmarks, so as so provide reliable reference basis for the discipline construction.
