Abstract: By visiting the library website of top 10 universities ranked by WU Shu-lian in 2015 Chinese University Rankings, this paper analyzed the experience and existing problems of digital resources use in China’s university libraries, and put forward some measures from three aspects of librarian, digital resource and reader, to improve library’s digital resource efficiency.
