Study on Self-service of University Library in Network Environment

Abstract: Nowadays, with the widespread use of the Internet, university library has gradually achieved digitization and informatization, and the rise of library self-service is necessary. This paper discussed the advantages of self-service in university library in network environment, and then pointed out the drawbacks of self-service and put forward corresponding solutions to improve the self-service level and provide high-quality service.
