Design and Application of PDA in Library Literature Resource Construction in the “Internet+” Environment——Taking “Happy Reading” Service Project in Hangzhou Library as Example

Abstract: Taking the "Happy Reading" service project in Hangzhou Library as an example, this paper discussed how the PDA operated with readers oriented as the supplement way of library resource construction in the "Internet+"environment, and put forward the enlightenment of PDA on future literature resource construction by analyzing its internal and external environment.
