From the perspective of reader and librarian perception, this paper made the performance evaluation on psychological contracts between users and librarians of public library based on LibQUAL evaluation mode. The results showed that the service attitude was an important index to evaluate the psychological contracts, and insufficient librarians’ service ability led the recessive imbalance of psychological contract, and the lack of users’ learning ability increased the difficulties of psychological contract maintenance. Taking 3 public libraries in Shandong Province as the research samples, it proved that public library should apply LibQUAL evaluation model for service improvement and correction according to the actual situation, and establish sustainable and objective quality evaluation model and standards to use in practice, which could provide theoretical and practical guidance for the service innovation and service ability improvement of China’s public libraries.

Among them, mobile digital library has brought great convenience for autonomous learning, and further improved the national reading and learning time. It is very necessary to study the construction of characteristic information resource repository in mobile digital library. Based on the correlation analysis, this paper proposed the future development model of characteristic information resource repository in mobile digital library.

Therefore, public digital library service system has provided the basis infrastructure condition for new normal , and new normal has also provided the background and support for public digital library service system. they influenced each other and complemented each other. Under the background of new normal, what is the problem in the construction of public digital library and which should be taken into account for the new development mode have been proposed. Based on the construction status, this paper put forward some suggestions on how to construct the public digital library in China.

The online public education platform adopted the sub-center mode to deploy hardware equipment, and designed software functions based on users’ roles, managed and analyzed the data resource according to universal standard. It is important to understand the characteristics and lifetime of paper in book preservation, while destructive methods are disallowed. This paper introduced some nondestructive testing methods,including near-infrared spectroscopic analysis, infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF), which were also the research focus in the world. These methods mainly measured the hydrogen bonding and crystallinity changes to testing the paper aging degree, and could provide some enlightenment for further research.

The research paper is an intuitive form of scientific research. Scholars of highly cited papers have been identified to occupy a higher position and higher academic influence in the subject areas. Based on the "highly cited scholars list" issued by Scopus database, scholars of highly cited papers were selected in agricultural, and environmental disciplines, and relevant data were collected from SCI database to have a clustering visualization analysis of research topics by using visual analysis software CiteSpaceII. These analyses reveal the research themes and changes in agriculture, environmental disciplines which provide a reference for the future development of the discipline.

Only strengthening the research on farmers’ book information demand and grasping its characteristics can develop more book data and information accepted by farmers and serve the cultivation of new farmers as well as the construction of new countryside better. Sanya, as the vanguard of international tourism island construction, is urgent to build a farmer team with high quality, which needs to strengthen the study and find the features and construct a targeted database of book information. Based on the investigation and research status, this paper put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to meet farmers’ book information demand.

Based on the survey data about new generation migrant workers’ employment information demand willingness in four prefecture-level cities in Guangxi, by using Binary Logistic Model, this paper made a empirical analysis on the willingness and major influential factors of new generation migrant workers’ employment information demand. The results showed that the employment information demand willingness of new generation migrant works were relatively strong, but there was a certain difference between subjective and objective influencing factors. In subjective factors, marital status, education level, monthly income, professional skills, familiarity of labor laws and regulations had the significant positive effects on new generation migrant workers’ employment information demand willingness, while some objective factors like the properties of employment unit, the access to employment information channels, labor contract were also positively correlated.

Reading promotion activity in university libraries is very meaningful. Reading promotion has always be borne by library alone. Due to the limited librarians, it is hard to promote reading to every teacher and student of various colleges, which affected reading promotion effect. In this paper, the importance of counselors’ participation in reading promotion was analyzed based on the questionnaire investigation about the status of college students' reading, and a new reading promotion mode was put forward, which asked the common advancing of counselors and librarians (including three aspects: library, counselor, librarian-counselor), so as to help students improve their reading ability, stimulate reading interests, guide reading direction and set up the correct outlook on life and values.

This paper analyzed the significance and the existing problems of library education for college freshmen, and proposed an education model containing three stages: self-study and online evaluation before their entrance into the college to help them know about library; higher-grade students’ guidance and field visiting at the beginning of their entrance to make them familiar with and make use of library; information retrieval course teaching by SPOCs and follow-up lectures after their entrance to help them understand the digital resource and grasp the ability to search, analyze, manage and use the information to cultivate their competence of scientific research, innovation, independent study and lifelong learning.

Information science knowledge has been more and more widely applied in enterprises, and thoughts on competitive intelligence have also been used in the inside and outside work of enterprises. Which can help enterprises conduct market trend analysis, crisis warning, enterprise information protection and so on, and become the professional knowledge for the long-term development of enterprises. In view of college talent cultivation, information science teaching existed some disadvantages, like the lack of practical application courses. According to the advice of applied talents cultivation, this paper discussed the professional curriculum provision problems of information science, and illustrated how to promote the application ability of talents by constructing competitive intelligence case library based on the analysis about the knowledge capacity allocation of applied competitive intelligence talents.

Library now has the character of big data, which can realize the aim of promoting the core competition and influence by converting library service to smart service. Taking Xi’an University of Science and Technology as example, this paper introduced the concept and characteristics of big data, and expounded its application in domestic and foreign libraries, and established the new smart library service system by collecting, analyzing and mining the lending data, library visiting data, electronic resource utilization, self-service equipment utilization and log data.
