Survey on Urban and Rural Children's Reading Status in Digital Environment

Abstract: This paper used questionnaire survey method to obtain data from urban and rural children and their parents on 9 aspects, including gender, age, reading significance, and the instrument, frequency, duration, location, experience and need of digital reading, and conducted the statistical description from parents age, educational background, children's digital reading attitude, and revealed the urban and rural children's digital reading behavior status. Through independent sample T test and single factor analysis of variance analysis methods, it confirmed the different degrees of influence caused by gender, age and parents attitude on children's digital reading.
