Research on the Application of O2O Service Model in the Information Service of University Library

Abstract: O2O service model is the inevitable outcome with the integrated development of real economy and virtual economy. This online and offline service mode can help provide a very good practice for the transformation development of university library’s information service. Based on the analysis about the development status of university library’s o2o service, this paper pointed out the existing problems, and put forward that university library should establish cooperative, unified and integrated o2o information service platform to form mature mode of o2o service, which could realize the seamless docking among reader,information and library, and online and offline sufficient coordination.
