Research on the Library Service Innovation under the Guidance of Supply-side Reforms

Abstract: The supply-side structural reforms in economy also lead to supply-side reforms in culture field. As a public cultural service institution, library needs to send force from its own supply-side under the new normal, and continually promote innovation in service contents and patterns, and finally lead to innovation-driven development. This paper described the current situation and problems of library's service supply, and discussed the related reasons, and put forward a series of measures about the service innovation of library, including improving the quality of reading supply, conducting cooperative co-construction of cultural industry and library, developing intelligent library service.
