The sharing platform of characteristic think tank is based on the current data of university. Considering the status of platform for think tank, this paper proposed to use Hadoop and eclipse technologies to construct the knowledge sharing platform, and designed and built a small experimental knowledge sharing platform for teachers of university, and carried out the experiments. The experiment results showed that constructing knowledge sharing platform, not only can effectively improve the level of knowledge sharing in colleges and universities, but also have a very good practical value with the low cost.

Book lending behavior is the main way for readers to use the library resource, and the study of lending behavior is helpful to the personalized service of the library. At present, the research of library lending behavior mostly focused on the statistics of the number and the data of mutual borrowing, and the influence of the reader's own attribute on the borrowing behavior was neglected. Based on the existing problems, from the view of attribute node, this paper presented a visualization method for the reader borrowing data with the reader node attribute common analysis, by taking Library of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law as an example, analyzed the reader borrowing behavior from multi-perspectives. Through the analysis of readers' borrowing behavior, it can provide a more in-depth analysis of library’s personalized service.

Subject service is one of the most important functions of library. New and high quality of subject service can play a supportive role in the university library. This paper mainly described the content of GIS subject service and took the regional logistics center location as the research objective to introduce the principle and the operations of the application of GIS technology in the regional logistics center location. It selected the operation of logistics distribution center address in Harbin area as a typical example, using ARCGIS software to make an example analysis, and gained a satisfactory result. At the same time, it referred that the library service should strengthen the policy support and conduct multi-cooperation for GIS science, to improve the quality of librarians and promotion.

Digital resource is very suitable in co-constructing and sharing document resource in center-branch library system, while at present, there are very few research about the construction and service of digital resource in this system. This paper analyzed the usage of digital resource in the construction of center-branch library and how to start digital resource construction and service in center-branch library system.

This paper sorted out the service examples in the past five years from application contents, retrieval methods and access ways. By visiting the full texts URLs again one by one, it chose the typical cases as research objectives, whose full text was acquired freely from network with more open access resource closely related to PLAUST’s disciplines through further exploration, and then introduced these OA resource in detail and analyzed their features, and summarized OA resource discovery strategies in process of document delivery service, including using several search engines at the same time, expanding browsing scope according to current page information, changing number in the URLs, selecting front part of the URL up to the directory, using a variety of effective search techniques, so as to accumulate experiences constantly on document retrieval, literature acquisition and information mining, and enhance library’s service capability further, recommend these OA resource to users, thus full play the utilities of these resource.

Considering the urgent demands on medical model and social development, this paper discussed the construction strategy of medical and health think-tank from the view of knowledge management, and analyzed the necessity of constructing medical and health think-tank from three aspects, including population and social health, healthy China construction and precision medicine mode, and probed into the source of data and knowledge, and put forward knowledge management strategy.

In the "Internet +" era, the construction of electronic resource in the library tends to overtake print resource. This paper attempted to analyze the practice of electronic resource construction in Jianghan University Library in terms of database purchase, featured database construction, optimization and reorganization of electronic resource, reflecting upon encountered problems and dilemma, seeking to constantly update and adjust the dynamic open system of electronic resource construction policy in response to the trend of digital library.

The method of bibliometrics was used to analyze the information reorganization research from different perspectives. This paper expounded the basic theory, division standard, information characteristic analysis and information service and so on, and summarized the theory and practice of information reorganization. The research of information reorganization should pay special attention to the information reorganization theory research applied to its practical research, namely, the problem of theoretical research practice, and further promote the information reorganization service politics, economy, science technology and social ability, effectively enhance the network technology and information organization demand driven information reorganization value-added performance.

This paper designed an application scheme of university library access system based on wechat public platform, and made some discussions in the security of information transmission. Through this design, the library manager can add an identity authentication based on two-dimension code to the library access system by the third-party board, which made users in and around of campus enjoy a more safe and convenient service.

Choosing the Web of ScienceTM Core Collection database as the source of literature, through the method of SNA, this paper used UCINET6.0 to analyze the network of co-authorship network of the College of Chemical Engineering of Nanjing Tech University, and revealed the characteristics of co-authorship network from the individual and whole network attributes: a small number of authors played an important role in the whole network; network aggregation degree was not high, more factions; the members of the faction were mainly teachers and students, in the same subject groups or the authors who have similar research directions.

To summarize the main research progress, analyze the main characteristics of the research literature, and provide reference for the construction of new think tank with Chinese characteristics, this paper applied literature measurement analysis method and excel analysis tool to study the characteristics of each China’s university think tank, and found that the practical construction and theoretical research of think tank entered the stage of innovation and development, but the published academic journals were scattered with few systematic research and innovative contents, and the overall research level needed to be further improved.

An visualized analysis about agrometeorological disasters research from 2000 to 2016 was conducted to evaluate the current trends by using bibliometric, social network analysis and other classified statistics methods, form the distribution of main authors and institutions, journal and research hotspots, cooperative network of authors and organizations. The results showed that the amount of published articles experienced great growth during 2000-2016. The main authors publishing more than 4 papers mainly involved in the subjects of prevention and evaluation of agrometeorological disasters. Most authors came from governmental agency and most articles were published on agricultural and geological journals. According to the word frequency analysis, meteorological disasters, impacts and agricultural production were the research hotspots. The main cooperative network of authors were composed of Huo Zhiguo, Wang Chunyi and Guo Jianping, and Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences played a dominant role in the cooperative network of organizations. This paper revealed the status and trends of agrometeorological disasters research activities, which can provide reference for the researchers.

Based on the related papers about the application of content analysis in library and information area during 2006-2016 collected in CNKI database, this paper used the CiteSpace III to study the time distribution, high-yield authors, scientific research institutions, and the key research methods in this field, to provide reference for domestic scholars to apply content analysis methods in future research.

Based on CNKI public information platform, this paper analyzed the research situation of Juniperus sabina L. from seven perspective of information. The results showed that Juniperus sabina L. research began in 1976 and stepped in the golden age in 2000-2010. The main source of research funding was the National Natural Science Foundation of China, with China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database,Chinese doctoral dissertation full text database and Chinese excellent master’s thesis full text database as the main information source of study. The research results based on the basic and applied basic research of forestry, with Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University as the main research institutions.

Based on SCI database, this paper searched the relevant literature of geotechnical engineering from 2001 to 2016, analyzed the data and draw the knowledge map by HistCite and CiteSpace software, and studied from the angle of annual distribution, country distribution, institutional distribution, author co-citation, literature co-citation and keywords analysis, and revealed the dynamic change and development trend of literature in this field.

In order to understand the current situation and development trend of forestry universities in the field of humanities and social sciences, this paper made a bibliometric analysis on academic achievements of humanities and social sciences about six forestry universities in the Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI). The results reflected the scientific research level and development of subject of humanities and social sciences in forestry universities. By analyzing the academic achievements and references of humanities and social sciences, it provided the basis for the collection optimization of university libraries, as well as scientific and accurate evaluation data and theoretical basis for discipline construction and scientific research evaluation.

Based on the Incites^TM analysis platform, this paper analyzed three types of literature, including article, review, letter publish by the scholars of Xinjiang Medical University in 2006-2015, and used the method of bibliometrics to investigate the SCI dispatch, citations, highly cited papers and those ranking into global top 3%, periodical information, distribution of cited literature, so as to provide basis for the influence evaluation of SCI papers in Xinjiang Medical University.

Taking the desert island library as an example, this paper introduced the related concepts and advantages of desert island library and Living Library, and reviewed the current situation of formation and development of domestic Living Library, and researched the development strategy, including media campaigns, scientific management, social cooperation, development, processing, system consummation and so on.

The arrival of big data age has put forward higher challenges on librarian's data management ability, but also brought more opportunities for the development of data management. Through the connotation analysis on librarians’ data management, type analysis on library data, as well as the analysis on data management capacity, this paper put forward the corresponding strategy to maximize to play librarians’ data management ability.

How to demonstrate the value of library has long been a topic of research and comment among the librarians. Library is in a sustained state of proving their contributions to the academic missions of universities. But embedded librarianship is a recommended approach to show the value of librarians. This paper explored how library can expand the concept of embedded librarianship to create research partnerships of universities. And such a relationship can enhance value to the research output of university, as well as increase the visibility of librarians’ skills and library’s resource. Embedding librarians fully into the research projects of universities can also further demonstrate the important contributions on the knowledge creation and knowledge dissemination.

As a burgeoning academic field, digital humanities is the integration product of digital technology and humanities science, which provides an innovative research paradigm for humanistic researches, at the same time, brings development opportunities to library service in the information age. Under digital humanities circumstance，library needs to further clarify and reposition roles, actively participate in the digital humanities research, and explore the practical route corresponding with the demands of the times as well, involving the publicity and promotion for digital humanities, general software development and database construction of humanities, data quality and research skills training, participation in the organization construction of digital humanities research center.

Promoting national reading and constructing modern public reading service system is of great significance to improve the quality of citizens and the degree of social civilization, and accelerate the development of cultural prosperity. It is the important initiative to usher the era of civilization and advocate social new ethos, and also the symbol of modern city civilization and cultural landscape, as well as the responsibility and livelihood project to protect people's basic cultural rights and interests. This paper used the case analysis method to analyzed the construction of Yangzhou as book-oriented city sample. Through the optimization, classification setting, government leading, social participation, branding construction, public participation, quantitative targets, atmosphere creating, it completed the construction of public cultural facilities as "Four libraries in the city, Two libraries in the county, A reading station in the town, A reading room in the village", and formed a comprehensive, convenient, digital and multi-function public reading service system. Finally, it discussed and expected the future trend of book-oriented city construction, and put forward the ideas to build the precision public service system with public reading demands oriented, the scientific planning as important guarantee, and the fusion development mode as the breakthrough direction.

With the development of socialization and informatization, library outsourcing has steadily intensified at all levels and gradually enlarged in its scope, even the whole library was outsourced, which brought about great influence upon library service, management and development. In this paper, library outsourcing trend was deeply analyzed and discussed in particular views and the strategies were put forward.

This paper gave a definition of PCK and introduced the research status of PCK development mechanism at home and abroad, and studied the process of producing PCK and its characteristics, and then proposed the development mechanism of university teachers’ PCK from the perspective of tacit knowledge.

This paper analyzed the influences of audio books on the growth of children left-behind in rural areas, and explored the feasibility of carrying out the reading promotion of audio books to children left behind in rural areas. According to the problems existing in the reading promotion, it put forward some proposals such as increasing the publicity, setting up a high-quality promotion team, building a good reading environment, providing wealthy audio books and good reading guidance service, carrying out a variety of reading activities to promote the reading promotion of audio books for children in rural areas.

The paper analyzed the questions above from the aspects of use environment, use experience and the influence on thinking model and tried to give the preliminary answers.

Re-examination of manuscripts revised according to the peer-reviewers, comments has received increasing emphasis from editors at home and abroad. The necessity for re-review was analyzed from the aspects of increasing the academic quality of manuscript, promoting the interaction between the reviewer and the author and reducing the workload of final review. The workflow to handle the manuscripts needing revision was proposed from the aspects of quality judgment, revision and re-review for the editors. The possibility of increasing workload of the reviewers and prolonging the publication delay were discussed.

Academic quality is the life of academic periodicals, and is one of the important factors determining contribute or not of authors. The academic quality is interedependent and interacted with the high-quality of contributions. Taking the periodical Shandong Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper analyzed the factors influencing the quality of provincial periodical quality from evaluation strategy for scientific research and talents, attentions paid by sponsor, guidance of core journal and service quality and creditworthiness, and put forward some measures for its academic quality improvement.

This paper discussed its characteristics, and analyzed the feasibility of its application, and pointed out the existing problems, and put forward relevant improvement strategies, hoping to promote the development of knowledge link service in university.

Big data era has come, while the research and application of big data technology has penetrated into the library resource construction and service. According to the provincial academy of agricultural sciences library, from the perspective of servicing agricultural research, this paper analyzed the information needs of agricultural scientific research personnel, the status quo and problems of library service, and then proposed the innovation service construction strategies, including cultivating cross-border talent and optimizing talent structure, expanding digital collections and improving the collection system, outstanding characteristics and constructing featured resource, collecting professional data and developing data products and constructing digital library service innovation platform to realize the intelligent service.

Facing the environmental change and role change, user training of university library has new mission and requirement. This paper started with the training of advanced knowledge service software, and conducted network investigation on the training of C9 University Library, and drew a conclusion: advanced knowledge service software training based on new connotation of scientific research paradigm change should change the traditional content and form, adapt to the new trend of knowledge production mode transformation around the two dimensions of paradigm shift and user information behavior change, and play important demand leading and innovation driven role for library service transformation.

In view of the current situation of social service in university library, this paper discussed the necessity of carrying out the social service of university library from the angle of the responsibility and consciousness of library, and analyzed that the policy to support the development of social service was not only important and need to reflect the spirit of library, and put forward some suggestions from the implementation of social service. In recent years, weibo has become an important platform for university library to provide mobile service. This paper mainly investigated the status of official weibo of Anhui University Library, focusing on the characteristics analysis of fan components, habits of brushing weibo and preferences on the contents, and proposed some effective strategies based on the latest developments of weibo, such as posting more blogs, selecting the time period, making full use of micro video and weibo broadcasting, so as to provide some reference for weibo-based mobile service of university library.

The paper gave a brief account of mobile service modes in public libraries, including self-service library, bookmobile, subway library etc. Then it pointed out the limitations of those modes, and proposed that it was an innovation to conduct mobile service based on public transportation system such as bus, subway, coach bus, and analyzed the feasibility and practical path.

Reading promotion, as a new service model, has become the main area of service innovation of university library. Based on the study on reading promotion activities carried out in Library of Changchun Institute of Technology, this paper aimed at discussing the innovative ideas and methods of reading promotion in colleges under the background of nationwide reading. It firstly made a brief exposition of the current situation of university library reading promotion work, and then discussed and analyzed the innovation case of library reading promotion work, summing up the successful experience, so as to provide the reference for university library to carry out reading promotion activities.

At present, the work-study program of university library has achieved remarkable results in the spirit, mentality and grow-up cultivation of students, but there also existed some problems, which were mainly reflected in the insufficiency of educational function of library. According to the current status, it suggested that university library should establish a humanized and systematic management mode, based on the recruitment, training, use, evaluation, motivation, adjustment of students etc., which would lead the students to play full role to create value for the library. This paper took Library of Beijing Technology and Business University as an example to discuss the work of library practice center, and analyzed the concrete work and managing method by combining with the development characteristics of students, so as to explore the new education path for library’s work-study program, and contributes to the goals of teaching students, managing students and servicing students.
