This paper expounded the rules and characteristics of social user’s needs from the opportunities and challenges brought by "Internet +", and analyzed the organization and construction of library’s social service information resource from the macro level and micro level respectively, including integration of network resource and library resources, internal heterogeneous resource, library alliance resource, creation and organization of social information resource with user’s involvement, personalized information organization, and finally indicated that of library should set up knowledge organization system with coordinate development of multi-mode through drawing nutrition from the "Internet +", to offer the users with the real needs’ service products and improve the social service level of university library.

Among the many individualization recommendation technologies, collaborative filtering with the merit of wide applicability and high quality has been widely used in e-commerce areas. Some scholars also attempted to apply this method in university libraries. However, compared with business system, university library system existed the problems, such as insufficient user information and lack of rating data, which severely impacted the quality of recommendation. In allusion to these problems, a model including both long-term and short-term reading interests of user was created based on user’s characteristics and behavior, which could be used to optimize rating matrix and improve book recommendation quality of collaborative filtering.

Under the backguound of “Internet+”，the intelligent subject service of university library can't carry out without the mobile internet, and the development of mobile internet has also promoted intelligent subject service, which supplement each other. Based on the concept and feature of intelligent subject service in university library, as well as the mobile internet, this paper discussed the internal connection between mobile internet and intelligent subject service, and analyzed the positive impact of mobile internet on the development of intelligent library service, and expounded the development strategy of intelligent subject service based on Internet of Things, cloud computing and wechat public platform within the environment of mobile internet in the age of “Internet+”, and then proposed a new direction in the development of intelligent subject service for university library.

The emerging model of “Maker Space” and the long history of library industry have met each other in the environment of big data. The exploration of “Maker Space” construction based on big data environment can not only be possible to set up “Maker Space” well, but also promote the further upgrading and transformation of university library.

University library is under the environment of big data era, attention and emphasis on data service are attracting the attention of industry. The construction and utilization of digital resource has gradually become an important indicator of the strength of a library. Audio and video resource is also an important part of digital resource and plays an increasingly important role, and have gathered a certain number of users. Based on the research and literature on the sustainable use of previous users, this paper set out the hypothesis model of the sustainable use of audio and video resource by users from private university library, and set up the evaluation scale of each influencing factor, which was the basis for next data analysis, and then resulting the impact of factors affecting the audio resources users continue to use.

Based on the sharing status of Xiangyang’s science and technology information resource between institution-locality, this paper focused on analyzing the main factors influencing the regional urban science and technology information resource sharing between institution-locality, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the mechanisms for co-construction and sharing in Xiangyang, thus to make a useful exploration for the establishment of sharing mechanism in science and technology information resource between local government and universities.

This paper proved that a correlation that was the link between effective protection of information resource and strategies of comprehensively reducing the library information security risk, and briefly described the current security protection objects, and the main threats in the library, on the basis of business process analysis, put forward the standardization of information resource and flow chart about the updating of access to information system at each stage and positioning model of information system in the overall security system, and demonstrated security threats and vulnerabilities of processing flow in the form of block diagram, and designed knowledge element model focusing on the information security risks, and finally put forward that it should set about information security protection of key positions in the library organization structure, and formulate relevant responsibilities.

The construction of special library collection has been one of the most important work in many college libraries. Domestic university repository construction has developed for more than 30 years, and showed strong vitality. With the idea of diversified construction as the core, we can solve the problems in the structure, function and service of library by means of the definition of content, the arrangement of exhibition and the use of service.

To ensure the quality of academic books purchasing, the author of the book is the key factor, to establish a unified core author database, more conducive to find high quality academic works, the library is very beneficial to the precise academic books procurement. Using Brad Ford's law to define academic books is slightly inadequate, and by experts and scholars, the academic research team to study the core authors, to set up the core authors database can better improve the academic books mining full rate and recovery rate.

Social media can enhance the quality of library reading promotion, is of vital significance for the library service. From the goal of designing social media library’s reading promotion platform, this paper analyzed four functional requirements of the system, and studied the function structure and operation mechanism, and improve the system module based on practical experience, to form systematic, standardized, efficient reading promotion platform, and provide some reference for library’s reading promotion work.

Based on the data of doctoral dissertation on the China Doctoral Dissertations Full-text Database(CDFD) during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, this paper made analysis on the distribution of years,distribution of the author affiliations, h-index, citation, and also researched the keywords. The results showed that:1)the promulgation of the plan was of benefit to the proportional promotion in frontier field; 2)the doctoral dissertation in frontier field of some agricultural universities accounted for a large proportion of all the dissertations, showing their attention to the frontier field; 3)The h-index in the frontier areas of agricultural institutions was at a normal level, and highly cited doctoral dissertations kept good track of the frontier; 4)the rate of doctoral dissertation cited in frontier field was comparatively lower, which meant it was necessary for doctoral students to attach importance to the quality and value of doctoral dissertation.

Using subject search for the Endangered medicinal plants retrieved a total of 377 papers from 1986 to 2017. This paper presents the development trend of the research paper on endangered medicinal plants in China in the past 32 years.In this paper, We mainly analyzes the distribution of the domestic reform, the publication, the journal, the source of the research funding fund, the cooperation situation of the institutions and the distribution of the main research areas.

The method of visual communication design is helpful to strengthen the facilities for literature guidance, enhance the use value of reading space, optimize the library digital service and provide effective tools for creating the library's own brand culture. Through the description of visual communication design, this paper analyzed the role of graphic propaganda, spatial design and information technology in the process of library literature promotion. Based on the over-years experience in library, some common problems of visual communication design in the promotion of library literature were discussed, and the solution as possible was put forward.

This paper briefly introduced the concept and form of makerspace, and analyzed its function on the value reconstruction of library from the place function, service function and education mode, and discussed the construction of knowledge sharing mechanism in makerspace from three areas of construction principles, elements and measures, and proposed two key problems to realize the knowledge sharing service with the combination of library and makerspace.

This paper investigated and collected the Chinese homogenization books from 2013-2016 collected in Guangdong’s university libraries, and analyzed the styles of homogenization books and the acquisition strategies, and put forward that the books acquisition service was a systematic work and only building the highly operable acquisition criterion by libraries, could the acquisition member with library science professional background improve the quality of collections.

Quality of scientific and technological culture of rural residents plays a leading role to their overall quality. Using questionnaire survey method, quality and need of scientific and technological culture of rural residents of 1438 families in Guangdong Province were studied and analyzed. The results showed that there are eight characteristics of the quality and need of scientific and technological culture of rural residents in Guangdong Province. The countermeasures of scientific and technological culture quality elevation and meeting the needs of development of rural residents in Guangdong Province were explored.

This paper introduced the construction of classic reading promotion system in universities with humanistic education oriented, as well as its development from the significance and promotion channels of classic reading, and analyzes the necessity, and summarized the construction elements of classical reading promotion service system of university library, and put forward the concrete implementation strategies.

This paper aimed to analyze the characteristics of high cited papers of agricultural comprehensive journal, and provide reference for journal editors to select topics. Taking “Scientia Agricultura Sinica” as the research object, the annual distribution, citation frequency distribution, author analysis, subject type, citation year and citation type, of 323 highly cited papers published in 1990-2016 were analyzed, and the common laws were summarized. Results showed that, review papers accounted for a relatively small, only 7.1%. High cited papers generally were forward-looking research, hot issues, in-depth research and persistence research. Due to the technical level, scientific research conditions and other constraints, cited peak difference of high cited papers was great. The citation by master's thesis may affect the correct evaluation of a paper. The results indicated that the high cited papers published in “Scientia Agricultura Sinica” usually had significant research depth and theoretical breakthroughs, seized the key hot issues, and had a high degree of forward-looking in theory, and their authors were well-known scholars or industry authority. Thus, comprehensive agricultural journals can be targeted on the topic, improve the influence of academic journals.

Under the "Internet +" situation, precision service should become the pursuing goal of university library. This paper analyzed the connotation, function and significance of precision service. Precision service suits the "Internet +" ecological strategy for exactly meeting reader’s need, precis allocation of resource, careful service for readers. It also put forward the implementation path of precision service based on "Internet +", including cross-border integration, interconnection, data mining and service innovation.

This paper analyzed the concept of library’ extended service and constructed five dimensions model of library’ extended service.

Image resource building and image retrieval service are important tasks for digital library in big data era. Firstly, the current status of image resource building and its’ problems of big model, sharing and cooperation were analyzed. Secondly, three kinds of digital library service of Text Based Image Retrieval (TBIR), Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) and Sematic Based Image Retrieval (SBIR) for image resources were compared and analyzed. Lastly, two retrieval service strategies based on deep enforcing learning and transfer learning were proposed.

This paper studied the innovation of public library in new media service, gave a detailed description of new media service in Jiangxi Library, and by aiming at the existing problems of public library in the new media service, put forward that under the background of Internet, public library should strengthen the publicity and promotion of new media, integrate social interaction, perfect the new media service platform, integrate new media resource, develop new media service means; enrich the new media service technologies, provide personalized, refined new media service.
