Abstract: This paper sorted out the service examples in the past five years from application contents, retrieval methods and access ways. By visiting the full texts URLs again one by one, it chose the typical cases as research objectives, whose full text was acquired freely from network with more open access resource closely related to PLAUST’s disciplines through further exploration, and then introduced these OA resource in detail and analyzed their features, and summarized OA resource discovery strategies in process of document delivery service, including using several search engines at the same time, expanding browsing scope according to current page information, changing number in the URLs, selecting front part of the URL up to the directory, using a variety of effective search techniques, so as to accumulate experiences constantly on document retrieval, literature acquisition and information mining, and enhance library’s service capability further, recommend these OA resource to users, thus full play the utilities of these resource.
