This paper summarized the domestic and foreign research literature, and found that the main contents of current research about digital library’s technology acceptance model concentrated on theoretical basis, influencing factors and research methods. It firstly interpreted the theory support of technology acceptance model, including rational behavior theory and planned behavior theory, and then summed up and contrasted the influence factors and research methods of technology acceptance model in recent years, and finally summarized the research process of digital library’s technology acceptance model, so as to provide guidance for future research.

With the constant upgrading of information technologies, Internet has gained a rapid and even dominant development among various industries. The massive number of e-books are impacting the traditional operation mode of university library. Based on current purchasing situation of university library and guided by customers' needs, this paper presented many problems in current book purchasing mode of university, and introduced a new book purchasing mode on “Internet +” platform, and finally made a detailed presentation of innovative university book purchasing mode based on “Internet +” from three aspects including book source platform, book supply chain, and user need, so as to provide theoretical basis for book purchasing of university library.

In the current big data age, multi-source information fusion has high significance and value. The use of multi-source information fusion can dig deeper into the value of data, enhancing the level of information analysis. Multi-source information cross-confirmation can avoid information omissions and errors. Information fusionhas been involved in a variety of disciplines in various fields in the era of big data with high application value. This paper briefly analyzed the characteristics of competitive intelligence in big data environment, and discussed the diversified competitive intelligence.

This paper analyzed the feasibility of books and archives resource integration from the subjectivity of public cultural service, the complementarity of resource and the similarity of working properties, and then demonstrated the conditions of books and archives resource integration through three aspects of service thought, information technology and integration scope, and proposed the way of books and archives resource integration based on weibo platform based on its advantages.

This paper introduced the necessity of the development of library’s social service, and summarized the social service ways of characteristic art collection resource, and put forward the construction of library’s characteristic art collection with social service oriented and sharing elements, and gave the construction and sharing strategies.

With the development of the times, people rely more and more on the database resource, and according to the different subjects, it can be divided into different subject database. This paper took chemistry subject as an example, and introduced the construction and service mode of chemistry subject database in Shanghai Library. Moreover, it analyzed the problems and put forward some suggestions for the future development.

This paper introduced the concept, characteristics and classification of open access resource, and expounded three kinds of integration models for open access resource at present domestic university libraries, and conducted the comparative study from the quantity of collected resource, the scope of discipline distribution and the function of resource retrieval, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages, and finally put forward the development path of resource integration model according to its present situation in China's university libraries.

Think tank has played a more and more important role in social and economic development and national governance. The construction of new characteristic think tanks carries out in full swing in China. University library should fully seize the opportunities to contribute in the construction of new type of think tank and improve the function of information service. This paper mainly used the SWOT analysis method to analyze the feasibility of university library 's participation in the construction of new type of think tank, and put forward some suggestions.

This paper took the construction of “Characteristic Graphite Database in Library of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology as an example, and introduced the goal of database construction and the construction process in detail.

The construction of library resource sharing is the pursuit of library for a long period of time. The rapid development of network technology not only reduces the cost of resource sharing, but also improves the efficiency, providing a great convenience to the readers. Based on the development and necessity of library resource sharing under network environment, this paper analyzed the significance of resource sharing, and studied the contents of library resource sharing, including document entity sharing, bibliographic resource sharing and service sharing. And at the same time, aiming at the existing problems in the construction process of library resource sharing, like the intellectual property protection, the shortage of funds, and the lack of unified planning and standards, it put forward the strategies from strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights, introducing market mechanism and improving resource sharing standards and norms, so as to make full use of the network approach to realize the resource sharing of the library.

The significance, basic ideas, literature collection method and process of database construction for Chinese Nobel Prize winners were introduced in this paper. Building this database can not only provide continuous literature information resource for teachers, students and researchers, and convenient use for other users, but also give an reference for other colleges.

"Internet + library" is the deep integration of Internet technology and traditional service of library. The wechat public platform is an important medium to realize this integration, and is also the important means for library to expand its service scope, service mode and service content. This paper analyzed the status quo of the construction of wechat public platform in some domestic university libraries, and explored the construction of wechat public platform of university library in the "Internet +"era by combining with the experience of Northwest A & F university Library, and presented s few views and suggestions.

This paper investigated and analyzed the website building technologies and existing problems in domestic university libraries, and studied the characteristics of VBS9 website group management platform and how to use VSB9 to build library web portal. By adopting VSB9 as the development platform of library website, it carried out the demand analysis on library website and described the development ideas, as well as the system components, detailed process template files for development of VSB9, and proposed the solutions based on technical difficult problem. VSB9 can complete the work of university library website building in a short time with low cost, which is good for building the library website and meet users’ functional requirements. The library website of Beijing Wuzi University has been launched, and can provide a practical case for the website building of library using the VSB9.

This paper performed content analysis on blog posts discussing academic papers. The blog posts were categorized by the emotion and attitude which involved manually. It found, the public presented their attention and interests, put forward their view and attitude by social media. Academic papers impacted the public on their opinion and behavior, which reflected the social impact of academic research. Content analysis about social media can help to understand the interaction relationship between the public and the academic research, and promote the public to understand and participate in academic research as objective basis.

Open linked datasets in the related fields of geographic have a huge amount of data and data sharing practice. Related research on the investigation of open linked datasets is of great benefit to understand the current situation, characteristics and application of linked open datasets. This paper analyzed 89 open linked datasets in the related fields of geographic from the themes, formats, outgoing and incoming links and used vocabularies, and summarized the relationships among the linked open datasets, theme features and the possible applications, so as to provide a positive impact on further discussion and research on the realization of Semantic Web and the construction of Smart Planet and Smart Cities.

Taking Chinese literature pool and Chinese academic journal (online) in CNKI as the data source, this paper carried out a statistical analysis on the academic papers of 34 private universities in Sichuan province in recent five years, from the perspective of output, cited frequency, the number of prolific authors, the ratio of core thesis and fund papers, and revealed the development status of scientific research in the private universities of Sichuan province in detail, and put forward the suggestions.

Product pricing has occupied the central position in marketing. With a reasonable price, it can clearly know its price structure, selling strategy and improvement approach. Nowadays, price strategy of sci-tech novelty retrieval is still a problem. There is a big price gap between each institution of the same kind of customers based on the same products. Combining with the knowledge of game theory, this paper used Cournot and Bertrand model to analyzed its pricing strategy, and concluded that in the perfect market competition environment, the pricing of each institution should almost equal, and it should improve training, advantage projects and brand evaluation.

The arrival of the era of big data has brought new opportunities and challenges for the library information service. Based on the related articles included by Web of Science and CNKI, this paper made a deep research on the domestic and international big data, the library information service and the library information service under big data, found that there were still some problems in the domestic research, such as the lack of research depth, the loose integration, not clear service objectives in the future, and so on. These have pointed out the direction for the future study.

This paper analyzed the evolution of core classes in BIBFRAME, and then pointed out the necessity of transforming from CNMARC model to BIBFRAME model. It used metadata mapping method to create a mapping table between CNMARC fields and BIBFRAME vocabulary, and gave a detailed analysis on the mapping results from the perspective of CNMARC,and made commendations to the circumstance that can not reach one to one mapping.

Taking the member of DOAB, Open Book Publisher as the case, this paper analyzed the mode selection of Open Book Access for academic book publishers from the source of funds, copyright system, market operation mode, alliance system and other aspects.

Due to the rapid development of information technology, micro-blog, wechat and other new media have quickly spread, whose impacts on intellectual property become more complex and diverse, with more innovative tort concealment. The new network media with its timeliness, openness, interactivity and convenience is convenient for digital resource acquisition, use and dissemination. At the same time, it also brings a lot of challenges, in which put forward higher requirements on the protection of intellectual property. Therefore, this paper used CiteSpace software to draw the knowledge map, and analyzed the time distribution, periodical distribution, keyword analysis of related papers, trying to show the research status and development of this field, and provide reference for future domestic scholars’ research about the impact of network public opinion on government policy.

Through the comparative analysis of the similarities among KORMARC, USMARC and CNMARC, combining with the Bibliographic data of Korean Library, this paper studied the relationship among these three formats and use the corresponding relation to complete the new Koreancataloging method fluently.

Guangzhou library is known as the rational, open, equal and inclusive service philosophy in the industry. Taking the new library building of Guangzhou Library as an example, this paper introduced the architectural space layout, to provide readers with diverse and comfort first-class service mode.

In order to meet the needs of information literacy in the new information technology environment, this paper improved the information literacy training mode in universities by learning from the experience of domestic and overseas information literacy training, and used the library network information literacy training platform, information literacy teaching, information literacy training platform embedded in colleges, wired and wireless information communication equipment utilization platform, to build a user-centered, diversified information literacy training mode, so as to enhance the user's information literacy education attainment rate and the ability of users to innovate the use of information.

By means of interview and questionnaire survey, the information behaviors and demands of different levels of graduate students were compared. And the strategy that university library should meet the readers' information service at different levels according to the research needs of students was proposed. University library should be in accordance with the different needs of the three-layer service system for graduate students, and rebuild different librarian service team, and strengthen the resource security system and provide information service for different levels of graduate students, so as to maximize the information needs of graduate students.

Aiming at the information needs of postgraduates for their thesis proposal, this paper studied how to apply the information commons to serve the research activities, including the use of digital academic space, the participation of academic librarians and the establishment and application of information exchange circle, so that graduate students can get information access, identification and communication more efficiently and conveniently to complete their academic tasks.

It benefited college students’ deep information literacy education to improve the teaching of information retrieval course from the perspective of the integration between information retrieval course and information literacy education. The paper put forward the information literacy education program based on the whole teaching process of information retrieval course, including adopting case method in classroom teaching, making micro-course online video about information retrieval course for students’ online learning after class, taking three-dimensional measures to strengthen information retrieval practice and establishing evaluation mechanism. The plan had the characteristics which made information retrieval course and technical course complement each other in teaching contents, make learning in class fit application after class and make classroom learning and network learning interactive. The implementation of this plan improved the students' ability of comprehensive information utilization and curriculum elective rate of information retrieval course.

This paper analyzed the main problems existing in the traditional mode of information literacy education, and showed that it was difficult to meet the needs of modern students, and then mainly studied several information literacy education modes in the new technology environment, including main educational contents and forms. At last, it proposed a information literacy education mode based on the demand service, which can provide students with information literacy education from multi-level, subject-based and individualized knowledge service, and give the different levels, contents and forms of education.

Through the analysis on the current situation and problems of library’s reading promotion in the cloud environment in China, in order to promote its transformation and innovation, this paper put forward the sustainable development effect of reading promotion under the new environment for public library, including the change of thinking, the innovation of content and form, the change of formation mechanism and the construction of cooperative sharing mechanism.

The simple storage and borrowing service can not meet the readers’ demands. Based on the actual situation in Library of Zhejiang Normal University and the current status of learning room at home and abroad, this paper put forward the ideas and methods of building a information commons integrating compound functions of study, .research and interaction.

This paper conducted the comparison analysis on the frequency of publication, number of pages, number of published articles, folio, format and information density of 17 provincial agricultural science journals from 2001 to 2016. The result indicated: compared with 2001, 13 out of 17 provincial agriculture science journals shortened their frequencies of publication, while monthly published journals accounted for 71%. Four of them remained the same frequencies of publication. The number of pages and number of published articles of 17 journals all significantly increased, 12 out of 17 journals used big 16mo format and five of them used 16mo format. From the perspective of format selection, 17 journals all used half measure, and the average number of pages per article of 17 journals increased from 2.40 pages to 3.79 pages. The average density per article decreased from 0.42 article per page to 0.26 article per page. The average quantity of information decreased from 6.67 articles per page to 4.22 articles per page. According to the analysis result, it proposed the suggestions, including enhancing the quality of edition, reasonably planning the layout and fully using extra space enables information density, so as to increase the amount of information of journals, scientifically and economically apply the layout and save costs.

With the development of Internet of things, the Internet and modern communication technologies, the interconnectivity among technology, information and life has promoted the construction of "smart city". Library as the information resource center, reading and learning center, cultural exchange center, social harmonious space and innovation experience centre of the city has highlighted its roles. Under the background of smart city construction, there is a great need for libraries. Library service should closely integrated with people's needs, fully integrated into people's life, fully play the role of the system, and seek transformation and development momentum in the continuous innovation.

Modern public cultural service system is a new positioning and statement for the development goals of public cultural service under the background of comprehensively deepen reform in China, and reflects new development direction and boundary of public cultural service in new period of China, and has the era characteristics of five respects such as the advanced target, the reforming system, the integrated ways, the standardized development and innovative service.

The public cultural service of university library under the network environment has tended to ubiquity, digitization, socialization and self-independence. Combining with the present situation and the relevant questionnaire analysis service, this paper proposed that it should take relevant measures and put forward five service mode, including mobile software, network course, personalized service, digital resource sharing of primary and secondary schools, co-construction of library alliance, to realize win-win on the resource utilization of universities, government and society.

Using the Statistical Analysis Tool for Informetrics(SATI) and the visualization tool CiteSpace, and taking CNKI as the data resource, this paper analyzed the published year, cited journal, cited author and keywords of published articles on library’s intelligent service, and revealed the research status and research focus on domestic intelligent service of library by combining with the method of document analysis.

In the process of in-depth subject services, we gradually found that the subject service in science and the humanities and social sciences have many of the same place and different characteristics. Here we explore these same and respective characteristics of the subject service in this paper, then recommending for the different subjects to adopt different methods of subject service.

Under big data thought, with the increasing amount of information, university library should change from traditional literature consultation mode into subject service mode actively participating in teaching and research. Combining with the present situation of subject service in Guangdong Ocean University Library, this paper proposed the strategies to strengthen the cultivation of librarian quality based on big data thought, including introducing subject librarian, adding daily training, providing personalized service, setting additional post of retriever as subject librarian, quantifying the work of subject librarian, and explored the development trend of subject service and subject librarian.

The emergence and rapid development of Internet technology has promoted new trend of mode innovation in library service. As “Internet +” is put forward, it will further speed up the development of the virtual library, upgraded the traditional library service mode and produced profound influence on public library industry. This paper put forward that public library should attach importance to the issues such as applying the Internet thinking, integrating data resource, playing the technology-driven role and enhancing the reader's user experience, so as to provide reference for the innovation development of library service.

Focusing on the existing problems in the subject service of middle and small university libraries such as the lack of reserve talents and the low service level, this paper took the reform practice of subject service in Shanxi University Library as an example to propose the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of service strategy making, service mode selection, team construction, service system building, promotion and popularization.

Outsourcing has become the main way of library cataloging in higher vocational college, which promotes the speed and scale of library procurement, and further enrich the library collection in higher vocational college, but the quality of acquisition data has restricted the further development of outsourcing. Based on the survey data of 12 outsourcing suppliers for higher vocational colleges, this paper made the empirical research of cataloging staff management, and put forward some improvement strategies to improve the quality of cataloging data.

This paper researched on the process re-engineering of university library’s book acquisition service oriented to knowledge service, and analyzed how the university library’s book acquisition service to determine the development goal from the concept of knowledge service, and put forward the necessity of business process re-engineering. It pointed out the elements of process re-engineering for university library’s book acquisition business with knowledge service oriented, and finally proposed the process re-engineering strategies.

Through the analysis of performance evaluation methods, 360-degree evaluation method was selected combined with the rating scale method for librarians’ performance evaluation. The evaluation indexes in the rating scale method were determined by soliciting the opinions of librarians and conducting extensive discussion. The method of setting the steps was adopted to reduce the conflicts caused by the only fractional theory and to improve the feasibility of librarians’ performance evaluation indexes.

This paper elaborated the changing role of librarians in university in information age, and analyzed the librarian's professional quality requests in new situation, and proposed to improve librarian's qualities and abilities through updating the librarian's notion, strengthening continuous education, conducting academic exchange, cultivating digital literacy, so as to meet the demand of library digitization under information situation.

Subject librarian’s role playing is to present the job responsibilities in detail through actual behaviors. To improve the basic accomplishment of subject librarian, it should adhere to the basic principles for serving the needs of teachers and students, and change the traditional thinking of library actively, and pay special attentions to enhance the ability of knowledge service of subject librarian.
