Practice and Reflection on the Electronic Resource Construction of Library in the “Internet +” Era

Abstract: In the "Internet +" era, the construction of electronic resource in the library tends to overtake print resource. This paper attempted to analyze the practice of electronic resource construction in Jianghan University Library in terms of database purchase, featured database construction, optimization and reorganization of electronic resource, reflecting upon encountered problems and dilemma, seeking to constantly update and adjust the dynamic open system of electronic resource construction policy in response to the trend of digital library.
