To seize the commanding heights of GMT has become one of China's science and technology development strategy, but at present the research and transformation of China’s transgenic field is limited by several factors, including the public debate on GM safety issues. With the development of the Internet, the network public opinion has become a barometer of public sentiment, and to explore the public's GM cognitive attitude is of great practical significance. Herein by referencing the existing research results, and based on the Havland persuasion and situation model, this article used the method of structural equation model to study quantitatively the form factors of Internet users’ attitudes, and conducted the field research to verify the model results, and analyzed synthetically to draw the countermeasures and suggestions that guide reasonablely the citizens understand and support our strategies of the research and management of GMT.

With the knowledge becoming the important core resource, the establishment of knowledge team and knowledge management has become the inevitable choice of enterprises. Knowledge sharing is the key for knowledge team to play its role. Organizational culture and psychological ownership are the two important factors of knowledge sharing in knowledge team. Organizational culture determines the knowledge sharing intention of knowledge team and also influences the team members’ psychological ownership for their own knowledge. In turn, the individual psychological ownership influences the cultural atmosphere and cultural philosophy of team knowledge sharing, and plays an important role in the formation of organizational culture. Building the environment of knowledge sharing and exploring the mechanism of knowledge sharing is beneficial to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge sharing in knowledge team.

This paper analyzed the new opportunities of library’s knowledge service in the big data environment, and proposed a knowledge chain theory with knowledge service oriented. Through the detailed elaboration about the characteristics, model and effects of knowledge chain, it tried to provide a theoretical reference for the new model of future knowledge service.

The scientific data management in universities has faced with the problems such as mass data, distributed storage and difficult data collection. This paper described the advantages of university subject data repository based on cloud storage, which could not only solve the problems such as long-term preservation of scientific data, mass storage, data sharing and data collection at a lower cost, but establish a unified metadata specification of scientific data and realize the scientific data management and sharing across the country. In the end, it built the cloud storage model of subject data repository from three levels, including infrastructure service, platform service and application service.

After entering the 21st century, with the development of computer network technology, library alliance construction has made astounding advances, especially in China. Due to the unified leadership, unified finance funds, same career goals as well as the service object, it is easy for regional libraries to organize and effectively realize the resource sharing, efficiency improvement and cost reduction, and meet the needs of users in this region, which is an effective way of resource integration. At present, the practice and theory of regional library alliance have both achieved good results, but some programs also faced some problems in the construction process, such as running in a state of paralysis. This paper focused on the exact factors influencing the construction of regional library alliance.

This paper introduced the Russian journals collected in the Universal Database of Russian Social Sciences & Humanities Journals and the retrieval functions in detail, and translated the information of some collected journals, which offered assistance for custom system in the fields of humanities and social sciences on understanding and looking for Russian literature resource, so as to realize the effective utilization of literature information resource.

It was a false proposition to discuss the undergraduate credit archives construction based on the credit crisis after the implementation of national student loan policy, which existed some problems such as lack of sufficient argument for the necessity and feasibility, bracketing the personnel archives and credit archives, expanding the objects of credit archives, exaggerating the functions of credit archives, ignoring the existence of personal credit information database. This database collected credit information of all citizens in China, including the college students obtaining national student loans, which meant colleges were ineligible and unnecessary to establish undergraduate credit archives.

Taking Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, this paper analyzed the construction of agricultural research institutes LAN. From planning, designing to implementation, based on actual demands, it constructed a stable, secure and high-speed agricultural research LAN, in which redundancy technology, gigabit fiber backbone and gigabit desktop were applied with the expansibility of smoothly upgrading to 10G Ethernet if needed, and proposed the current problems and suggestions.

Based on fuzzy evaluation method, the current indoor environment quality of library was studied, and the influencing factors of library environment and their impact on readers were analyzed. By studying the impact of lighting environment, noise environment and micro-climate environment on readers' borrowing, and using the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the influencing factor analysis model of library environment, it obtained the weight of each influencing factors and determined the key influencing factors. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could effectively analyze and identify the key influence factors of library environment, and provide a theoretical basis for improving the library environment quality.

Based on the survey data, this paper implemented some analysis, comparison and evaluation about the bibliometric service of 37 research university libraries in China, and summarized some achievements and problems in the bibliometric service practice of the 37 research university libraries, and finally put forward some related suggestions by drawing lessons from some foreign advanced experience.

Taking the papers indexed by CNKI periodical database from 2000 to 2015 as research objects, this paper used bibliometric method and CiteSpaceIII visualization software to analyze the time distribution, prolific authors, research institutions, journal distribution and current research focus, so as to provide reference for Chinese scholar’s future research on big data.

Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) has caused wide attention in China with suddenly increased discussion and research and explosively grew research papers. This paper used CNKI database as the data source, and analyzed the current status of domestic MOOC research by applying bibliometric and content analysis, so as to provide a reference for the research and practice of MOOC in the future.

Based on the date of “Academic Journal Publishing Database” of CNKI, take the method of bibliometrics, the article statistical analyses the quantity, source journals, authors and fund supports of scientific papers in fifteen members of the standing committee of university libraries in Liaoning province, so as to understand the current situation and academic level of University Library in Liaoning Province. The article puts forward suggestions to set a good scientific research environment of university library, enhance the awareness and ability of the librarian’s scientific research.

The knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance is not only the important condition of enterprise technology progress, but also the key to enterprise development. Based on the cooperate perspective of industry and university-research, the influence factors of knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance are divided into five aspects that the characteristics of knowledge itself, the organizational culture, cognitive ability, motivating factors and government factors in five aspects. In order to ensure the knowledge transfer in the industry-university-research institute alliance smoothly, the targeted knowledge transfer mechanism is put forward, including: communication mechanism, incentive mechanism and government support mechanism.

Discussing rural library’s empty-shell phenomenon from the perspective of subjectivity has unique value. The absence of peasants’ subjectivity could be ascribed to four factors: the non-market oriented land reform and incomplete land right weakened peasants’ subjectivity; the manifest destiny mechanism restricted peasants’ subjectivity; traditional interpersonal communication influenced peasants’ subjectivity communication; patriarchal lineage concept hindered the development of democratic awareness. The establishment of peasants’ subjectivity should be arduous and endless.

In this paper, user behavior of mobile library based on Information Behavior Theory mainly refers to user information behavior of mobile library, whose information needs, information resource and information terminal take on new features of the times. To begin with, this paper describes briefly the classification and overall characteristics of user information behavior of mobile library. Then deep research is done on user information needs, psychological motive, information consciousness and the relation with information behavior, especially the relevance between information needs and information behavior. On this basis, user information behavior model of mobile library is constructed. The writer considers that this model will impede the implementation of information behavior in terms of information selection and information utilization. At last, specific measures in the aspects of resource, environment, user and librarian are put forward to promote user information behavior of mobile library.

Librarian is professional who provides information service for users, and new environment has brought new requirements. Through analyzing the impacts of e-science environment on library, this paper gave the new roles of librarians in the e-science environment to make them know new mission, and proposed some advice on how to adapt to the new roles, so as to promote librarians to improve their ability and carry out information service better in new era.

Environmental science institution at T University was taken as an example to study science and technology evaluation of research institutes by constructing an index system and studying its annual change of government invest, research output and social assessment, so as to make state and government authorities more effectively grasp the basic situation of research institutions, develop research management policy and increase investment in science and technology benefits. Results showed comprehensive assessment value of T University environmental science institutions was increasing annually overall, which meant its technological influence was gradually increasing; government funding for its research was increasing year by year, as well as its research output though not as fast as the government funding, which meant its research efficiency needed to be improved.

Through questionnaire survey on library readers in Northeast Agricultural University, readers' reading tendency, borrowing habits, utilization of library resource and satisfaction of reading regulation were revealed and analyzed. Then some suggestions on developing reasonable borrowing system were proposed to promote the service of China's university library to a new level.

The popularization of computer and the development of network information technology have brought China’s digital library into a quickly developing era. How to protect the information security of digital library has become the current research hotspot. This paper described the concept and characteristics of digital library, and the domestic and foreign development status, and then analyzed the factors that threatened the information security of digital library and summarized the management strategy.

The university network public opinion is the specific reflection of network public opinion in universities. It has developed rapidly although the study began less than 10 years. This paper introduced the beginning of university network public opinion study in China, and analyzed its concept, characteristics, causes and management, and then summarized its present situation by studying current published papers and put forward the study suggestions of next phase.

The characteristics of donated books were sketched out in this paper, and the difficult problems in the process of cataloguing were also summarized. Based on the practice and the experience in University Town Library of Shenzhen, some solutions on how to optimize the efficiency in the cataloguing work of donated books were presented.

In 2015, Premier Li Keqiang promoted the action proposal of Internet plus, which led many industries to step into the wave of Internet plus and also brought new ideas for digital library. The new mode of Internet plus digital library to create new information strategy has become the necessary way for the development of digital library. In this paper, the current problems of digital library were analyzed and the concept of Internet plus was discussed. And then, the development strategies of digital library were put forward to provide reference for potential researchers.

According to the 12th China national reading survey, in 2014, the library reading rate of Chinese adult was 58.0% and digital reading rate was 58.1%, which meant that the proportion of digital reading was more than traditional reading for the first time. With the widespread application of smart phones and electronic devices, digital reading in universities has also presented the trend of steady rise year by year. Through the investigation and statistics on the status of digital reading in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, this article analyzed the advantages and trend of digital reading in universities to provide reference for the rapid and stable development of digital reading.

Library safety management is an important part of library management, and university library safety management is a significant component for the comprehensive management of university. To prevent and reduce the risk accidents, Dalian University of Technology has always put the safety work in the first place, and constructed a complete systemic safety insurance system from leadership mechanism, system construction, publicity and education, equipment investment and real-time self-inspection.

A reasonable library collection structure is the basis for the high-speed operation of entire university library system. This paper applied data mining in university library’s book procurement plan and illustrated the specific application procedure. The application of data mining technology in the book procurement strategy could optimize the structure of university library collection and play a crucial role in enhancing the overall service standard of university library, and thus have strong practical significance.

Regarding graduate course system as research object, 47 related research papers in 2013 published in the core journals and CSSCI source journals in CNKI as data resource, this paper analyzed the highly cited papers and generated the knowledge map of high-frequency authors, institution distribution, research hotspots through the visualization software CiteSpace Ⅲ. It found that course system and course setting were still hot topics and frontier problems in the study of China’s graduate course system, and research cooperation among agencies was less at the same time.

In this paper, by analyzing the design concept, content architecture and operating model, the impacts of network culture on the content selection, purchase behavior and reading mode of mass reading were pointed out.

In this study, problems of current information literacy education were analyzed and the characteristics of free screen recorder software were introduced. By taking the information technology literacy course in East China Normal University as an example, the effectiveness of micro-video teaching was analyzed, which implied that it could activate thinking and promote participation, and be positive to enhance information literacy.

Once knowledge met the Internet, MOOC was produced, showing a huge impact on the traditional education idea and being widely concerned by the education industry. The bibliometrics and social network analysis methods were used in this article. The core journals were retrieved from the full-text database of CNKI journals, and analyzed according to the time distribution, keywords frequency, core authors, source journals distribution, funds and MOOC promotion and so on. The current research situation and exiting problems of MOOC were revealed. The new problems were put forward to think and concern in the future.

Reading promotion is an important way to realize the goal of national reading, and also the main content of library’s service innovation. Based on readers’ requirement, this paper discussed the necessity and problems encountered in university library’s reading promotion service, and gave some suggestive guarantee measures.

This article studied the knowledge service innovation of university libraries in MOOC environment from several aspects, including the meaning and interpretation of MOOC, the first year and subsequent development of MOOC in China, the strategies and conditions and contents of university libraries’ knowledge service innovation in MOOC environment.

Recognizing the challenges of Moocs to Regular University Library services ,based on the MOOCs experiences, it is underlined to understand the changes in library resources and user needs, to meet the challenges of change through subject servies, information literacy education and equitable access to educational resources and other services form the learner’s point of view.

In order to evaluate all the learning process, guide students to learn actively, and let information retrieval develop towards the personalized, interactive and independent trend, the examination methods of information retrieval course should be more diverse compared with the past in blended learning environment based on the combination of classroom teaching and multimedia network teaching. Multiple examination methods, including assessment at ordinary times, operation assessment and final-examination, were introduced by taking the reform of information retrieval evaluation method in Shenyang Agricultural University for example, which made students' score of information retrieval more objective and teachers' workload more reasonable with the elective rate of information retrieval rising by 10% and the utilization rate of network teaching platform increasing significantly.

Although the development of Internet is in full swing nowadays, sci-tech periodical network has been in a state of embarrassment, which is worthy of deeply thinking by the editors of sci-tech periodicals. This paper briefly summarized the present situation of the network development of sci-tech periodicals, and then reflected on the exploration and thinking ignored or lacked of in this process, and finally put forward the ideas for network development of sci-tech periodicals under the thought pattern of Internet by focusing on the present disadvantages existed in its current development.

The internationalization of editorial board was an important symbol for China’s English journals to become international scientific journals. In this paper, taking the found of English edition for Chinese Journal of Tropical Crops as the case, it described the composition principles, responsibilities and working mechanism of editorial board and the roles of international editorial board members in the internationalization of journals, which would provide good foundation for ultimately accomplishing an international and influential English scientific journal.

With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the internal and external environment of library has changed dramatically. Library management also needs to innovate to meet the challenge and competition. In this paper, the meaning and characteristics of chaos theory were briefly introduced, and the chaotic characteristics of library management were analyzed. The application of chaos theory in four aspects was pointed out, including the human-oriented management, crisis management, strategic management and organization management.

Public libraries in South Korea assist users in obtaining information on a variety of topics. However, health-related information and service have a lower profile than other service due to a perceived lack of librarian expertise in searching and evaluating health resource. Although public library users are actively seeking health information, it has become critical for both public librarians and users to develop skills for using and evaluating internet health resource. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify a set of useful criteria to evaluate online health websites for both librarians and library users. From a comprehensive literature review, 33 criteria related to health website evaluation were identified. Using this set of criteria, South Korean public librarians and users were asked to rate the importance of each criterion in surveys. A strong consensus was found between the two groups. The top 10 most highly rated criteria from both groups were identified and compared. The results led to the development of an initial set of 12 evaluation criteria for health websites. It is expected that the final set of criteria will be used by public librarians to recommend the best health websites to their users. Although the study was conducted in South Korean public libraries, the findings were applicable in providing evaluation services of health websites to libraries worldwide.

This paper analyzes the 4G technology and its advantages to the library,fully understand the existing problems of Library Mobile services,thus in the 4G era, digging the advantages and convenience of 4G, re constructing the library service model for the mobile library to do foundation in the future.

Based on the related theories, this thesis explored the location of public library service for visual handicapped group. Concentrating on this location, it analyzed the existed problems in current domestic service guarantee system and proposed solutions, and then elaborated some measures which expanded service methods to raise the service efficiency.

Through field visit and network investigation, this paper introduced the expanded service of six university libraries in Hong Kong, and summarized their advanced experience by research and analysis, and then gave suggestions for the development of mainland university libraries.

Wechat, an emerging networked interactive platform used by library, has broken the traditional library service mode and created a new service system, making readers find everything fresh and new. It is a more direct and convenient information service platform compared with the library weibo. Wechat with brief form, timely release, simple operation and extensive contents, has attracted readers to receive library information through the wechat terminal and actively participate in the construction of library, and then return to the library.

In this thesis, the concept and system of Internet thinking were briefly introduced, and its important impact on the development of public library was pointed out. Meanwhile, the necessity of reconstructing public library service mode in the Internet environment was analyzed. Finally, strategies on the reconstruction of public library service mode based on Internet thinking were put forward.

Professional ability of librarians has direct and important impact on social function of public library, and therefore improving the professional ability of librarians is of great significance to the development of public library. In this thesis, the necessity of improving public librarians’ professional ability was firstly stated, and then the professional abilities that public librarians should have were analyzed, and finally the promotion strategies were discussed from the aspects of both library and librarian.
