Abstract: This paper intends to start from the necessity of librarian training and librarian training system construction, analyzes the concrete structure of the training system, and then, on the basis of which, defines the concrete construction and implementation of the training needs, training plan, training content, training form and effect evaluation and so on, in order to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the effective promotion of library resource efficiency of China.
