Abstract: Recognizing the challenges of Moocs to Regular University Library services ,based on the MOOCs experiences, it is underlined to understand the changes in library resources and user needs, to meet the challenges of change through subject servies, information literacy education and equitable access to educational resources and other services form the learner’s point of view.
