Research on the Data Management Ability of University Librarians in the Big Data Age

Abstract: The arrival of big data age has put forward higher challenges on librarian's data management ability, but also brought more opportunities for the development of data management. Through the connotation analysis on librarians’ data management, type analysis on library data, as well as the analysis on data management capacity, this paper put forward the corresponding strategy to maximize to play librarians’ data management ability.
