Competitive Intelligence Based on the Life Cycle of Enterprise Crisis

Abstract: To carry out the work of competitive intelligence for the characteristics of different stages of the life cycle of enterprise crisis can enhance the ability of enterprises to deal with the crisis and make the enterprises get through the crisis. From the concept of enterprise crisis life cycle, this paper probed into the competitive intelligence work in the five stages of enterprise crisis, such as the incubation period, the outbreak period, the spreading period, the recovery period and the elimination phase. The conclusion put forward the competitive intelligence work in five stages, including the training of the sense of crisis latency crisis early warning and crisis control; the outbreak of the crisis response; crisis communication and crisis spread stage; crisis recovery period of crisis recovery; eliminate the crisis period of the crisis and study.
