Research on the Deep Marketing Experience of Document Delivery Service in University Library ——Taking the Library of Renmin University of China as an Example

Abstract: Based on the existing problems of domestic university libraries' document delivery service including small target audience and poor service effect, by taking the Library of Renmin University of China as an example, this paper used and optimized non-profit marketing strategies to better promote library service according to the characteristics of university users, so as to provide reference for exploring new document delivery service path.
