This paper analyzes the composing elements of social network information ecosystem, it also analyzes the mechanism of action between the elements and the structure of the social network information ecological chain from the interaction between information people. The interaction between the information ecosystem and the interaction between social network information ecosystem and external environment. The evolution of social network information ecosystem is divided into three stages: reproduction stage, integration stage and mature stage. This study can provide a reference for the efficient collaborative operation of various elements in the information ecosystem and the building of a healthy social network platform.

The appearance of mobile reading has further changed people's reading habits. It's time to include ancient agricultural books into the field of mobile reading. Based on the characteristics of mobile reading, this paper chose 13 necessary fields and designed a metadata format based on DC by comparing the common metadata formats, to help organize the electronic resource of ancient agricultural books in the mobile reading environment.

Adding the books localization function in OPAC is an effective way to guide the readers to quickly find the books what they need. This paper investigated and analyzed the application status of the books positioning function in 140 Libsys typical users, and introduced in detail the design idea and method of application in the Libsys 5.5, and analyzed the existing problems and proposed solutions. With the available software and hardware, based on the books localization function in Libsys 5.5, the adding location navigation map for the library collection can solve the difficulty in finding books.

Under the background of the "Double First-Class" construction, according to the actual situation of province, most provinces have launched a corresponding "Double First-Class" construction schemes. Scientific research competitiveness, as one of the important measuring indicators, has an important guiding significance for decision making. Taking ESI and InCites database as the data source, this paper analyzed the research competitiveness of 7 universities in Hebei province which ranking in ESI, mainly from four aspects of scientific research, such as scientific research innovation, productivity research and research development of influence force, and drew that research productivity and growth trend were good, while scientific research innovation and development ability were relatively weak with less influence. Hebei's overall competitiveness of scientific research is weak, and need a series of measures with joint efforts and collaborative development.

Based on the S-O-R theory, this paper extracted the index factors affecting the customer churn of wechat public platform of public library, and built the customer churn behavior model. Based on the structural equation theory, by using SPSS and smart PLS software, it made the deep mining of the influencing factors of wechat platform customer churn. According to the analysis on structural equation path and the significance of each index, it analyzed the research results based on the analysis of influencing factors.

This paper analyzed how to protect the readers' privacy from aspects on service provider, library, readers and law, so as to provide theoretical foundation and reference for protecting readers' privacy in library under cloud computing environment.

Based on grounded theory, using data of 29 start-up enterprises in 7 college makerspace in Anhui as the sample, through open coding and axial coding, this paper summarized 4 main categories influencing the performance of start-up enterprises, such as development desire, organization management, external environment and resource strength, and formed the the typical relation structure and model of main categories by selective coding, and constructed 5 theoretical hypothesis and verified them by using Amos structural equation software, and drew the path coefficient diagram of the hypothesis models.

First-class university and first-class discipline construction should focus on talents cultivation and construction. Implementation of innovation support center is an embodiment of university library to fulfill its educational function and realize its own value, which is of great significance to promote the "Double-First Class" construction. This paper put forward the basis and schemes, and constructed the innovation support center for college students with different targeted and purposed modules. The practice put forward constructive suggestions, and the scheme showed rationality and operability.

In agronomic and biology journals, variety names frequently appeared, but they were often ignored, error or nonstandard names could be found everywhere. Taking rice variety names as examples, this paper listed the error or nonstandard variety names, and proposed four rules to avoid making mistakes in variety names, i.e. confirming name, writing full name, writing right words, and writing standard names.

In order to sort out the effect and deficiency of mobile reading service in Jiangxi's university libraries and improve service level, this paper compared and analyzed the mode, content and plate of mobile reading service between Jiangxi's universities and domestic famous universities. The results showed that, the mobile reading service in Jiangxi province had good platform and foundation, but there was a big gap in the width and depth of service. To improve the level of mobile reading service in Jiangxi province, it should increase the service intensity, expand the service width, excavate the characteristics and strengthen the service depth according to the actual situation.

In the "internet plus" era, library should introduce the "internet plus"thinking into the library field.
