Research on Book Lending Satisfaction of University Library from the Perspective of User Experience —A Case Study of Changzhi University

Abstract: Book lending is one of the work for university library, which mainly meets the daily reading needs of students in school. In this paper, four potential variables of borrowing perception, book perception, reader satisfaction and reader loyalty were selected to construct the lending satisfaction model. It used statistical software SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 to fit and evaluate the model, and eventually got the impact factor of effect coefficient of reader satisfaction, and put forward the proposal, including simplifying the borrowing procedure, ensuring the quality of collection, understanding students' borrowing needs in time, regularly recommending books with strong readability.
