Based on incoPat database, this paper collected the patent technology trading information in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from the year 2010 to 2016. On the basis of statistical analysis, it found out the technology keywords of transferred patent title by using word segmentation and then built the keywords co-occurrence network. Through the network structure analysis, the regional hot demand technologies of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei were identified across the communities. Firstly, the demand for manufacturing technology was the strongest. Secondly, based on the six communities network technology keywords, it dug the six hottest demand technology involving communication, medicine, manufacturing industry, electric power, electronic components and detection class. Thirdly, hot demand technology mainly focused on production process and information technology industry. When compared with the traditional documents and hot spots based on patent application data, this research gave the idea of hot spot identification of technology demand based on patent technology transaction data, which can provide the decision-making support for concerning technical market, identifying the technical requirements from technology transaction data, guiding the research and development direction and improving the conversion rate of technological achievements.

International conference was once a reliable basis for academic assessment in China before 2000, due to the lack of conferences held or participated by China. However, with the increasingly frequent exchanges between China and western academia, there are more and more low quality and profit oriented international conference in China. The international academic conference ranking has become the new problem for the scientific research management of universities. The current ranking rules have high demands on the quantity and reliability, while it is easy to fake with high management costs. This paper proposed a improved conference ranking rule with four indexes including paper quantity collected by conference, the diversification degree of paper author, the academic level of conference chairman and the number of conference in recent 20 years, to evaluate the quality of international academic conference and make the ranking, which was not easy to fake and had low management costs.

Online reviews don't play the same roles in supporting the purchase decisions for users, only the ones affecting users’ purchase decisions have usefulness. This paper used structural equation model to explore the factors affecting the usefulness of online reviews and its mechanism, so as to provide reference for the research. Based on literature review, the model was constructed by adopting the influence of perceived authenticity, perceived value and perceived authority on the perceived usefulness.The data was collected by questionnaire survey and processed by AMOS software to verify the fitting performance and make validation analysis, and SPSS software to test intermediate effect. The model fitting degree was high, which illustrated that the construction of the model had certain persuasiveness: perceived value had partial mediating effect, and the perceived authenticity affected the perceived authority and finally influenced the perceived usefulness of online reviews.

With the developing of modern agriculture, the massive non-relational and unstructured data appeared, data mining technology based on big data can extract valuable information from massive data, and contribute to research the potential relativity and rules of agriculture information. This paper analyzed the characters of agricultural data, and the status of data analysis and the superiority of big data technology, developed the agricultural big data mining system based on Hadoop, and studied the architecture, module designing and system realization.

This paper analyzed the problems existing in the construction of information resource and social sharing in public library, and introduced the strategies of sharing information resource in public library from the perspective of sharing economy.

In order to identify the network literature resource types more effectively, this paper analyzed the characteristics of literature resource based on FRBR, summarized how FRBR described and revealed various kinds of literature, and proposed how to identify various kinds of resource types. It is believed that based on the content attributes revealed by FRBR, literature resource types can be identified more effectively, which can help to construct, organize, manage and utilize network literature resource.

This paper took the Library of Central China Normal University as an example, and discussed the construction mode of institutional repository, expounded the design goal, platform architecture, function module and platform application. The construction of institutional repository in Library of Central China Normal University can help students' study, contribute to the scientific research of teachers, and promote the level of library's subject service.

This paper introduced machine learning technology and current situation of library discover briefly, analyzed the necessity of applying machine learning technology in library discover, and finally took Yewno, a discovery tool based on knowledge graph, as the example, to reveal a visual knowledge network with the conception and relation as the core and the exploration of deep connection of knowledge.

Methodsof collecting and reorganizing the citation data were introduced, the procedures for making and importing bibliographic reference were explained, and the applied technology of NoteExpress in citation analysis of theses was explored, so as to provide an easy-operation method of investigation which can be used to study the utilization and requirement of literature resource in university libraries.

Under the background of "Double First-rate" strategic plan, the number of highly cited papers has become the important index to measure the research level of a college. Most current researches have studied the hotspots of highly cited papers from the perspective of subject, with less focusing on the specific institution, comparing the highly cited papers with total papers to summarize their inside and outside features and rules. In order to fully understand the current situation of highly cited papers in Shenzhen University, and provide reference and suggestion on how to cultivate highly cited papers based on ESI and InCites database, this paper analyzed and compared the total highly cited papers in Shenzhen University based on ESI and InCites, with the articles and reviews in nearly 10 years in SCIE/SSCI, including the subject, research fields, high yield journal, high yield authors, co-operating institutions and funding institutions in detail. Based on this, it predicted the potential highly cited papers in Shenzhen University, and compared the other 12 local comprehensive universities and some typical universities in Guangdong province with Shenzhen University on the macro level. The results showed, the scientific research level in Shenzhen University was improving continuously, and the number of highly cited papers was also increasing year by year, while there were still some gaps compared with Shanghai University and Zhengzhou University. In addition to strengthening efforts in scientific research, Shenzhen University should strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and library should provide targeted subject service combining with data analysis.

In big data environment, the hot spots of library and information science research will change gradually. Through the mining of hot spots, it allows researchers to better grasp the development direction of this discipline. With CNKI database as the source of information, this paper analyzed the quantity and contents of literature about big data, and concluded the research hot spots of library and information science , and analyzed the research status and concrete contents of different hot spots, expecting to reflect the development trend of library and information science.

By comparing the number of papers per year, impact factor, zero cited article ratio, frequency of cited articles, and percentage of highly cited articles of Rice, Theoretical and Applied Genetics, Field Crops Research, European Journal of Agronomy, and Journal of Integrative Agriculture (JIA) during 2012-2016, problems in the development of JIA were discussed. Based on these results, it summarized how to learn from the advanced experience of other excellent journals, thereby improving the academic influence of JIA effectively.

Book lending is one of the work for university library, which mainly meets the daily reading needs of students in school. In this paper, four potential variables of borrowing perception, book perception, reader satisfaction and reader loyalty were selected to construct the lending satisfaction model. It used statistical software SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 to fit and evaluate the model, and eventually got the impact factor of effect coefficient of reader satisfaction, and put forward the proposal, including simplifying the borrowing procedure, ensuring the quality of collection, understanding students' borrowing needs in time, regularly recommending books with strong readability.

The aging of literature is an inevitable social phenomenon. With the progress of science and technology, the aging problem of traditional paper resource is becoming more and more prominent. Taking the 22 major categories (including TP) Chinese collection in Library of South China Agricultural University as the research object, using the method of collection circulation statistics through the curve regression analysis, according to the J.D Bernal literature on aging negative index model, this paper made the fitting test of aging model for each kind, and obtained the half-life. Regarding the half-life of aging measuring index, it conducted the in-depth comparative analysis on the half-life of all kinds of categories for Chinese collection during 2012-2015, and learnt the half-life characteristics and aging rules of various categories Chinese collection, and analyze that catalog delay of new book, book digitization, poor procurement quality, unreasonable collection structure were the main factor affecting the aging of Chinese collection. In order to solve the aging problems, it should strengthen propaganda, pick up the old books regularly, adjust the layout of library properly and improve the library system.

Through the statistic analysis of mass book borrowing data, this paper obtained the book age meeting reader demands(99%, 90% and 80%), and proposed a book weeding method based on book lending rate, book age and duplicates. During the removal of Nanjing Forestry University Library, we used this method to calculate the weeding age of 22 kinds of books as well as TP and TU books. The practice showed this method was convenient and effective.

As a new mode, Patron Driven Acquisitions (PDA) makes library resource construction more close to public choice. But the lack of PDA mode at present in the construction of literature resource can not be ignored. The introduction of user weight, has made PDA model more scientific, the resource construction system more reasonable, with higher resource utilization rate and people-oriented development, which can let the library better practice the basic task of readers first, and readers participate in the construction of resource.

With the rise of big data, cloud computing, Internet of things technologies, library service with reader experience oriented has been highly praised. By searching literature about RFID in library at home and abroad from 2002 to 2017, this paper tried to give briefly analysis of research status, found some common questions in RFID application and gave relative reasonable suggestions. Taking the Library of China University of Petroleum and the Library of China University of Political Science and Law for examples, it introduced the RFID project and practice, and gave the thoughts on how to make decisions on RFID construction, and on changes happened in the library business process, readers' behaviors and work mode about librarians.

This paper put forward the measures to keep the sustainable development of data journals from four aspects: grasping the quality control of manuscripts; opening up the source of multi-channel funding; building a reasonable data periodical evaluation system; providing diversified service.

Taking the Springer retraction event as an opportunity, from the perspective of scientific journal editor, this paper discuss the specific measures against academic misconducts based on the publishing process of scientific papers including receiving, examination, review, editing and publishing links, and put forward some existed problems.

Combining SE-CCR model and DEA-BCC model, this paper evaluated and analyzed the relative efficiency of scientific research service of 20 university libraries in Jiangsu province. The empirical results showed that the efficiency of scientific research service in most university libraries was in a non DEA effective state, and the scale efficiency was the key to the improvement of comprehensive technical efficiency. In order to further improve the service efficiency of university libraries in Jiangsu province, it is necessary to adjust the scale of library resources input and strengthen the service ability of library discipline.

Cataloguers can integrate all the advantages of RDA into bibliographic records while making bibliographic data, maximizing the role of RDA bibliographic data, and enhancing the level of user services.In this paper, the role of bibliographic data compiled by RDA in user service was analyzed, and also the way to maximize the role of bibliographic data based on RDA was summarized by the method of comparative research, conceptual analysis and literature research. By analyzing the characteristics and advantages of bibliographic data compiled by RDA, a better way was found for library with user centered to excavate the information resources and improve the service level. A new channel was opened for the library catalogers to improve business skills and service ability. While for the users, more available resources can be obtained and much space can be expanded by searching useful information.
