Thoughts on the Network Reading Promotion Mechanism in Universities from the Perspective of Legal System

Abstract: Reading promotion is entering an era of legal norms, while the network reading has become one of the main forms of current university students. Through the analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of university students' network reading, this paper studied the legal path of current network reading promotion in university library, and then discussed the construction of network reading promotion mechanism under the background of reading legislation. University library should guide the students to carry on the network reading correctly with the law or the system, and promote the healthy development of university campus network reading culture.
