Scholarly Society Construction Based on the Comprehensive Evaluation Index System——Taking the Construction of Scholarly City in Xi 'an as an Example

Abstract: Xi'an has proposed to build the scholarly city and reading city. Scholarly society construction should focus on basic constitutive elements, including clutching the abundant reading resource, perfecting convenient basic reading facilities and positive society reading atmosphere, and adopt the measures from safeguard mechanism, brand activity, information construction, physical bookstore and reading groups.
