Research on the "Rural Library +" Supply Side Service

Abstract: Focusing on the transformation development of rural library and the component feature of maker space, the serving ideas of rural library and maker space were integrated together for the first time and a new serving idea of "Rural Library +" was also presented creatively. Based on the concepts of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and supply side, this paper built the "Rural Library +" theory, and analyzed the feasibility of "Rural Library +" supply side service, and discussed the strategies of running such models, to provide reference for the transitional development of rural libraries.
