From the point of organizational identification——one dimension of organizational climate, this paper explored the effect of organizational identification on university librarian's innovation behavior. Through the combination of relevant theories and research results, together with interviews from experts, it proposed measuring scale of organizational identification and librarian innovation behavior, dividing organizational identification into four dimensions, including organizational recognition, organizational belonging, leadership recognition and workmate relationship;and librarian innovation behavior into three dimensions, including idea generation, idea promotion and idea implementation. Taking librarians in different universities as subjects, together with questionnaire and SPSS, AMOS software analysis, it found that organizational belonging and workmate relationship had a significant path coefficient with librarian innovation behavior, workmate relationship had the greatest impact on innovation behavior, leadership recognition and organizational recognition had the notable path coefficient with organizational belonging and workmate relationship.

G8 summit was held in 2013 and the countries signed the Open Data Charter, which became a landmark event for global open data, as well as the important basis of open data research in the world. The arrival of big data has sped up the opening degree of data in various fields. United States, Britain and other developed countries led the global data open, while the study of G8 countries' open data policies was of great importance for building China's open data policy. This paper chose the open data policies of G8 countries' typical authority polices, to construct the comparative research framework of big data, and summarized the commonness, difference and trend, and finally put forward some suggestions on the enlightenment to China.

In the face of massive, heterogeneous, dynamic text information, automatic text classification is of great significance. In recent years, the swarm intelligence theory and method, which has been gradually developed, provides a new intelligent method for text categorization. This paper attempted to introduce the mature particle swarm intelligence algorithm to the text classification field. The text preprocessing model was constructed, which was the foundation of text categorization model. A text categorization model Text PSO-Miner based on PSO was constructed and tested and compared on the vector space matrix of text set. Text PSO-Miner performance indicators were better than the classic classification model（SVM,KNN,NB） and ACO based text classification model. The results showed that Text PSO-Miner can be better applied to text categorization.

Agricultural data resource is national basic strategic resource, and also the foundation of developing agricultural big data. It is a complex and enormous data set, and its overall classification in the background of big data is quite significant. This paper made an analysis on the significance of agricultural data resource, and classified the agricultural data resource from the view of data production and application based on the idea of big data, and conceptualized the application prospect of agricultural data resource in the end.

Research and formulation on electronic resource collection development policy is still in a scattered and lagging condition in China. In order to purchase electronic resource more efficiently, electronic resource collection development policy is needed as a guide for the construction of electronic resource work. This paper focused on the library electronic resource collection development policy research both in China and abroad, and made analysis on the policy framework and contents to provide reference for the establishment of electronic resource collection development policy and make reasonable, scientific and complete electronic resource construction system.

This This paper expounded the background of constructing urban agricultural characteristic database in library with digital humanities oriented, and analyzed the challenges and problems, and then put forward the construction strategies.

In the trend of developing from digital library resource to the big data, this paper explored more scientific and effective storage management system, so as to promote the service quality of digital library resource. It applied the cloud storage technology based on HDFS to design a set of cloud storage framework for massive digital library resource, and made the deep analysis on the related technology detail of HDFS, including metadata storage strategy, data storage strategy and data fault-tolerant mechanism. Users need to be familiar with the operation of user interface without the consideration of technical detail of the HDFS behind, which in theory showed a good user experience degrees. It has realized in the technical implementation and been applied in the digital library resource public service platform in Guizhou, and its effect still needs further research.

In order to solve the compatible display problems of mobile phone, tablet and computer accessing the digital library resource, and better meet the access consistency of user experience, this paper studied the responsive web design technology, based on HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3 and Javascript technology, and built the new responsive website system for university library's digital resource, which can automatically adapt to the access of a variety of screen size devices, and realize the consistency web page display between the mobile and the desktop terminal.

This paper proposed the intelligence value of social media user comments on the basis of summarizing user comments and enterprise competitive intelligence analysis, including finding enterprise's own product features and defects timely, understanding user reputation of competitor's products, tracking user demand and change trends, and also put forward the competitive intelligence analysis model of social media user comments, including intelligence sources determining of user comments and information collecting, data preprocessing and feature extracting, data structured processing and analyzing, and in the end demonstrated the value of this model through the fast hotel case.

For the status that mobile library service is still in the early development stage and the service level of software system is relatively backward, based on the ideas and methods of software engineering research frame structure, this paper provided the support for the development of a high level mobile library service platform. It included the overall framework, digital rights management framework, functional framework, with each framework using a graphical show frame structure, and described the various compo-nents and main techniques. Using the research results, developers only need to write code in a particular position, which has significantly improved the efficiency of development, and the developed platform has clear structure and stable performance, and is easy to maintain and transplant.

This paper made a comparative analysis on Shandong, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang academies of agricultural sciences via detailed data, including academic productivity, academic influence and academic excellence, innovative ways, and pointed out the advantages and disadvantages through the academic research on the ranking, and then put forward the conclusions and recommendations.

In order to understand the popular theme and future development trend of smart library research in recent years, CNKI was selected as the retrieval database, and research papers about smart library in the CNKI database in 2010-2016 as a statistical source.With the help of BICOMB2 bibliographic analysis system, SPSS19.0 statistics and other tools, this paper extracted the key words from the word frequency statistics, and constructed the word matrix and co-word matrix to make cluster analysis. It found that the research hot spots in the field of smart library in 2010-2016 mainly focused on the five aspects of smart service, smart technology, smart resource, smart librarian and smart practice, and finally made a detailed analysis.

Plant factory (PF) is the product of industrialization of agricultural cultivation, and the main development direction of vegetable cultivation in twenty-first Century. It is the highest form of agricultural development in the future and the most investment value of new industry in the future. Based on the patent map of plant factory related technologies, the development status was investigated from the development trend, key technology fields, regional distribution, and rival agencies, to provide intelligence support for further development of plant factory industry and technologies by related government, companies, universities and research institutes. Research results indicated that plant factory related technologies began a rapid development around 1993 and up to now.Regional distribution of priority patents were mainly concentrated in China and Japan, followed by South Korea and the United states. Cultivation of flowers, vegetables or rice in receptacles, forcing-frames or greenhouses and hydroponics or cultivation without soil horticulture, self-acting watering devices were key technologies of R&D.China had great R&D enthusiasm towards plant factory related technologies in recent years, and applied a large number of patents.However, compared to Japan and USA, the patent quality of China was a bit lower and China lacked core patents.Thus, the technological level of China in plant factory field remained to be further improved, and the task of industrialization was still arduous.

Taking 542 core journal papers on China's library knowledge service from 1999 to 2016 in CNKI as the main source of data, with the help of visual analysis tool CiteSpace5.1, this paper analyzed the time distribution, high-yielding authors, institutions and the research hotspots in this field and the trend of frontier development.

Linked data is a new research and application field in China. This paper first discussed the present situation about the cooperation of library, archive and museum(as LAM), and then introduced the linked data as a specification recommended by Internet Society (W3C), and elaborated its connotation and developing status, and analyzed the obstacle in cooperation of LAM and the advantage of linked data, and finally pointed out the primary problems, thus supplied consul for cooperation of LAM and practice of linked data.

Based on the scientific research evaluation tool SciVal, by taking a college in University Town of Shenzhen as example, this paper explored the research performance analysis method and index selection for the same type of small and medium size scientific research units. By means of field-weighted citation impact and excellent evaluation indicator, it made the trend analysis and horizontal comparison of scientific research performance, and revealed the influence status of international scientific research, and found the preponderant discipline and mastered the disciplinary research hotspots through deep analysis of the subject area.

This paper sorted out and compared the cases in Britain, America, Canada and France, hoping to provide useful reference for the construction of China's literature repository.

Through surveying the wechat public platform data of 7 key university libraries in Wuhan, and using the wechat communication index(WCI)to quantify the operations of university libraries' official accounts, this paper analyzed the present situation, main service contents and problems of social media application service in university libraries, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures.

Starting from the city, the index system of agglomeration effect was constructed from the perspective of city innovation activities, the agglomeration effect model of double-logarithmic function was established to study the effect of city agglomeration. The agglomeration index of innovation factors of Nanjing from 2003 to 2015 was calculated, and an empirical analysis on the effect of innovation agglomeration in Nanjing was conducted. Research showed, R&D personnel gathering and agglomeration of R&D institution of industrial enterprises above designated size had a significant positive effect on innovation agglomeration effect of Nanjing; the agglomeration of National High-tech Enterprise had a significant reverse effect. Based on the empirical results, policy recommendations were put forward.

SoLoMo mode library is a concept proposed with the development of mobile information technology and social communication, the function of which is gradually changing from information service to knowledge service with social, local, mobile knowledge service. University library with the characteristics of younger readers and fixed service area, is more suitable for SoLoMo mode development. This paper first introduced the concept, characteristics and application of SoLoMo mode library, and then studied the problems to be solved in the change process of university library from traditional mode to SoLoMo mode.

Mobile library as an important part of future digital library, its development prospects is self-evident, and the development of mobile reading is emerging.

This paper revealed the connection between reading promotion in university libraries and MOOC, including long-life learning idea, importance of reading and librarians as tutors of MOOC courses, and hence advocated that it was practical for university libraries to innovate reading promotion by means of embedding into and initiating MOOC courses, and finally concluded the key points for university library's reading promotion from 3 aspects as following: analysis of requirement of readers and interactions with readers, establishment of librarian capabilities and contact and collaboration with other departments.

Aiming to analyze the causes of digital poverty of young people, and help them better adapt to the rapid development of digital age, and better contribute to the digital development of motherland, through the analysis on the causes of digital poverty of young people based on the theory of small world behavior, this paper found that young people who were in the youth rebellion period had a very serious digital behavioral disorder in the process of learning knowledge throughout the various aspects of information behavior, which seriously led to the digital information poverty. Schools, teachers, parents and other social forces, should pay attention to this issue, and help young people get rid of digital information poverty, and make they truly become the innovation strength in digital era.

This paper expounded the importance of university library as a reading promotion base, and explored the path of university library reading promotion from reading brand, reading contents, characteristic space, diversified forms, professional team and reading events by taking Inner Mongolia Agricultural University Library as an example, so as to promote reading promotion work normally. To explore the operation mode and strategies of wechat official account for comprehensive agricultural science journals, the opening and operation status of wechat official account in 34 kinds of scientific journals such as Chinese Agricultural Science, Journal of Nanjing Agricultural University, Journal of Agricultural Biotechnology and Journal of Agricultural Biotechnology, included in the Chinese Core Journals(2014 Version) were analyzed, and the published content and click volume were calculated in June and July of 2017, and the impact of text contents, graphic form and different information on the click volume in different positioning were studied.

Taking Schram mass communication model as the theoretical basis to build index factors, this paper constructed the effectiveness evaluation model for public library's wechat platform reading promotion service, and deeply excavated the influential factors based on multi-dimensional composite factors analysis of DEMATEL system, and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the effectiveness and quality of reading promotion service via wechat platform according to the cause factors, resultant factors and centrality of each element.

Meanwile, Guangxi, as the minority area in west China, lags behind the most regions in China in the aspects of finance and patent development strategy. Compared with the developed areas, Guangxi has less advantage of patent information service, while patent information service plays an important role in regional economic development, and is essential to the regional competition. This paper analyzed the present situation and contributing factors of patent development strategy in Guangxi from 2014 to 2016, presenting that public library should take its advantages to progress the deep-level patent information services, so as to fulfill the huge demand of regional technical innovation and industrial development.

In order to strengthen the sharing of library resource and provide more effective development and effective dissemination of information resource, streaming media communication has continued to be favored. This paper briefly introduced the development of streaming media, and then analyzed the utilization of streaming media in library resource, and put forward some improvement measures for the future development.

Focusing on the transformation development of rural library and the component feature of maker space, the serving ideas of rural library and maker space were integrated together for the first time and a new serving idea of "Rural Library +" was also presented creatively. Based on the concepts of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and supply side, this paper built the "Rural Library +" theory, and analyzed the feasibility of "Rural Library +" supply side service, and discussed the strategies of running such models, to provide reference for the transitional development of rural libraries.

Taking Qiaojia Library as an example, this paper analyzed the anticipated goals of county library in servicing targeted poverty alleviation, and expounded the related measures.
