Feasibility Study of Integrating Makerspace into University Library's Innovative Service in Digital Era

Abstract: Relevant researches at home and abroad provide the theoretical basis for the establishment of makerspace in university library. Drawing lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign libraries in creating the scientific research space, it is feasible to integrate the makerspace into university library, which can include the functions of popularization, service and learning, innovative education and incubation. The realization of its functions need the input from the nation, society, corporate and charitable donation.
