The development of quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping in crops is helpful to understand the genetic basis of the complex traits, mine and clone genes, and provide strong support for marker-assisted selection breeding and molecular design breeding. Taking SCI-E database of Web of Science as data source, this paper collected the QTL mapping papers of twelve main crops cited during 2003 to 2017, and used bibliometrics to analyze the features of paper numbers, compare research emphasis of different countries and authors, reveal the development status of research in major crops in the past fifteen years, clear the top institutions, groups and main stream journals, explore the research hotspots, identify international status, clarify the existing problems and predict the development status, so as to offer some reference for the researchers in the future.

By analyzing the research topic based on the "trend-rate" two-dimensional method, research gap in the discipline field was identified. Based on the data of five core journals in the field of domestic information science, this research formed 16 research topics, and obtained the quotation of 16 themes in 2007-2016 from the citation database of CNKI. The trend is expressed in terms of the number of documents, and the quotation stood for the user need. By analyzing the user's reference data, it evaluated the trend of all the topics. And finally through two dimensions of the text trend (Trend) and rate (Rate) , it formed four regions, and analyzed the research themes of every region to determine the research gap in the field of information science and gave the research priority. The results showed that emergencies, information dissemination and information ecology had a high priority in the field of information science.

Based on the theory of information ecology, this paper studied the value creation and process optimization strategy of agricultural network information ecological chain, to improve the quality of agricultural information service and the utilization level of agricultural information. On the basis of expounding relevant concepts, it analyzed the elements and value dimensions of agricultural network information ecological chain, and constructed the value model of agricultural network information ecological chain. It concluded from the analysis that the agricultural network information ecological chain was a value chain, which relied on the internal information flow of each node in the chain, and finally realized the creation and appreciation of value.

Through the analysis on risk recognition, risk factors, risk evaluation, risk management and the corresponding measures,this paper tried to construct the risk prevention system, to guide the normal operation of library information ecology circle. Based on the existing research results,it used the information ecology theory,risk management theory and logical analyses,to explore the risk performance and cause, and proposed the risk prevention measures in the library information ecology circle. The risks of library information ecology circle were mainly construction risk, operation risk and the risk of service output. The risk prevention should take measures to change from manpower intensive to knowledge intensive, from order resource to open access, from traditional service to embedded subject service, from the literature information service to digital knowledge service, from the fixed users to mobile users.

To improve the core competitiveness of graduates employment, this paper took the costume designing major in Hunan Institute of Engineering as the sample, and selected 100 college graduates with employment and entrepreneurship in Shenzhen in five consecutive years to tracking their professional ability society identity, and built the evaluation system including three factors of general ability, professional ability and special ability, and 18 kinds of indexes, tried to provide rational reference for university educational plan formulation.

Regional library information resource sharing system is an organization system under the constraints of common agreement, to realize the co-construction and sharing of information resource, as well as the mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit of regional library. This system architecture in China, is mainly in university library and public library, which is of great significance for regional information resource sharing. However, due to the long-term influence of traditional concepts, this system has faced a series of problems, such as fund shortage and regional development imbalance. This paper attempted to propose an improved method.

This paper expound the idea about using the PINTEREST interaction mode based on social media to conduct image database construction. People can build image database platforms in the open-source social network platform, and establish an expert scholar picture gallery group, so that the site establishment can easily build an interaction network with the scholar network relationship as the core, and orderly organize the upload, layout and display of the pictures, on the other hand, site users can revise, record, display, upload and share their own picture through the photo wall function module, at the same time know the picture dynamic of knowledge friends, acquisition and supplementary network image knowledge sources.

Strengthening the construction and sharing of library collection resource is a necessary measure to adapt to the digital scientific research environment. This paper introduced the new changes of library collection resource under the digital scientific research environment, studied the construction methods of library collection resource, constructed the library collection resource sharing platform, and pointed out the development direction of library collection resource service under the digital scientific research environment.

With the increasing digital information application platforms, more and more universities start to adopt unified authentication. To better service the users and increase service quality, university libraries should combine library digital platforms with university's unified authentication, which need to make different development focusing on different system. This paper took the library main website and CALIS federal authentication as examples, and gave deep introduction and analysis on the CAS and CALIS flow programs, and unified the library service platforms with CAS single sign-on system, so as to reduce the maintenance requirement of every library digital platform's user login database and improve users' experience.

Academic evaluation system is important of both scientific activity and researchers. In the view of scientometrics,this article have found an academic evaluation system based on the data of Tianjin university which is consisted of academic disciplinary benchmarks, h-index, e-index, M-quotient and so on.

Taking the SCIE, SSCI and ESI papers co-published by China and 64 countries in the Belt and Road initiative area from 2008 to 2017 as the research data, this paper analyzed the research cooperation intensity, the depth of cooperation, cooperation scope and influence, respectively from the total number of cooperation papers, number of ESI cooperation, the number of cooperative papers accounting for the total number of articles published in the country, the first author and corresponding author countries, research institutes and research field, so as to provide reference for building cooperated mechanism between the national scientific research institutions and international scientific and technological organizations of China and countries in the Belt and Road initiative area. The results showed that the total number of papers and the number of ESI papers maintained growth trend and China played a growing important role in the ESI papers published by the Belt And Road countries. ESI papers which collaborated by China and more than two Belt And Road countries were less, developed countries, especially the USA played important role in cooperation. Collaborative ESI papers were distributed in the journal with high influence in all disciplines, and clinical trials and epidemiology, high-energy nuclear physics and particle physics, carbon nanocomposites, and network model design and algorithms are hot topics.

In order to better understand the development status and trend of tomato industry in China and provide the reference for the related technology breakthrough, this paper used the incoPat intelligence science and technology innovation platform as retrieval and analysis tools, to analyzed the number of applications, application region and its technical composition, types of patent and applicants, the patentee and its technical form, IPC forming and its technological changes. Results showed, Chinese tomato related patent applicants were mainly enterprises, colleges and universities and individuals, patent applications were mainly concentrated in Anhui, Jiangsu, Beijing, Shandong, etc., The core technology of tomato patent was mainly composed of food or food preparation and treatment, horticultural cultivation, microorganism or enzyme and its composition, fertilizer or pesticide or soil conditioner, etc. Tomato industry should develop genes with more important value and establish the efficient regeneration and transformation system, use molecular techniques combined with traditional breeding techniques and breed tomato varieties with the resistance to the diseases and insect, strengthen the proprietary intellectual property rights consciousness and develop and broaden the new technology, realize the differentiation development with foreign technology and strengthen patent strategy research.

In order to promote the country's construction plan of world-class universities and first-class disciplines, build a powerful country of higher education, this paper analyzed the research trend of constructing the first-class biological disciplines in Southwest University based on Web of Science, InCites and ESI databases by using bibliometric method, and put forward the suggestions for discipline construction. The results showed that the number of biological papers of Southwest University collected in WoS increased year by year but with few scale and poor quality; the number of people who published papers and per capita papers were fewer; the overall quality of international cooperated papers was high but with a low proportion; the core authors were XIA Qingyou and YUAN Ruo and the core colleges were College of Biotechnology, College of Life Science, College of Plant Protection and College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering; some papers published in publications were not reasonable. Based on above, some related suggestions were put forward: establishing the incentive mechanism of biologic marginal discipline; paying attention to the training and introduction of talents; encouraging and advocating international cooperation; selecting the appropriate journal to publish paper.

Taking the literature on university library informatization included in Web of ScienceTM core collection in recent years as data source, this paper used citesapce R8 version 5.1 to analyze the country/region field distribution, subject citation situation, research focus and research topic change and future trends. The results showed that :(1) there was a lack of research in this field and less information in literature. (2) the study of national/regional distribution was led by the United States and mostly in developed countries/regions. (3) digital library, information management, networking, electronic journals, information literacy, humanization and systematization were the main research hotspots. (4) the individualized information service research of university library network resource, the socialization construction of university library information resource repository and the talent team construction of university library informatization were the main topic of academic research. (5) the construction of socialization, intellectualization, systematization and individuation of university libraries and the construction of talent team were the trend of future research.

Based on the dominant function of Excel and NoteExpress, this paper introduced the methods of selecting first authors and reprint authors' core papers belonged to Guangdong Medical University and collected by Web of ScienceTM, so as to help university librarians and administrators for the statistics, statistical analysis and management of papers.

Aiming at the problems existing in the makerspace construction of university library, this paper proposed a fusion double helix model. Considering the different needs of different users on university library makerspace, it analyzed the construction status of university library makerspace, and studied how the makerspace construction based on this model to promote the integrated development of students, and put forward the practical suggestions at the same time, which would bring inspiration to the innovation of library service concept and find new entry points for improving the reader service.

The development of big data has prompted library service to face new challenges and opportunities. Library resource organization forms and service models are also facing a new transformation. While library reading promotion has developed into physical space and virtual space, its evaluation model is also an important research content of library community. This paper analyzed recent developments in the academic community on reading promotion activities and evaluation studies, listed examples of professional reading promotion at home and abroad, and combined the service model of Guangzhou College of Commerce Library to construct the evaluation model, so as to promote and deepen the professional subject service of university libraries, and build a new knowledge service system in big data era.

Creating makerspace can promote technological innovation of small and micro enterprises. This paper first expounded the difficulties faced by small and micro enterprises, as the lack of human resource allocation, the difficulty of obtaining technical resource and the weak innovation ability, and analyzed the advantages of creating makerspace for small and micro enterprises by library, like the advantages of talent, technology, platform and resource, and further studied the three elements including demand layer, data layer and supply layer. Finally, from the angles of data processing, linkage mechanism and information display, it proposed the implementation path, so as to improve the creation of makerspace for small and micro enterprises driven by libraries.

The stakeholder theory provides new ideas and methods for the reconstruction of social responsibility and social functions of public libraries. This paper analyzed the stakeholder composition of public libraries, expounded the social responsibility and social functions of public libraries, namely, administrative organization and management, serving users, training librarians and participating in community activities, and further analyzed the rights and interests needs of various stakeholders of public libraries, which were divided into core level, close level and extension. Finally, it put forward the strategies of social responsibility and social function reconstruction of public libraries based on stakeholder theory, includign strengthening cooperation with stakeholders, giving consideration to the management and development of libraries, and actively carrying out extensive inter-library cooperation, so as to promote public libraries to better practice social responsibility and play social functions.

Paper document acquisition is the foundation works of library, which influences the library service and health development, especially for the teaching features and results of universities in ethnic areas. In e-publishing era, with the impact of digital publishing, paper document acquisition in university libraries in ethnic areas is in a state of disorder. Taking Inner Mongolia University of Technology Library as an example, this paper explored the appropriate model and methods of paper document acquisition in university libraries in ethnic areas, and suggested that library should adapt to the social development to improve the collection quality, and better serve the teaching and scientific research by abandoning traditional model and focusing on the user demand to build new acquisition mode with scientific acquisition rules and reasonable acquisition plan as well as multi-department participation.

Oral history of science and technology recently emerges as a new research field in the history of science and technology in China. Under the action of the Academic Growth Data Collection Project of Old Scientists, this paper investigated the practice experience and the academic data of two agricultural scientists, and summarized the preparation, process and interpretation of oral datasets, and proposed an idea of multiple historical data mutual evidence that might become useful in examination and identification of oral data. Furthermore, it briefly introduced the purpose, content and process of the oral agricultural science and technology history, and hopefully that might provide insight to promote the development in the field of agricultural science and technology history.

Under the new media environment, wechat has become a new platform for the communication and interaction between university libraries and readers, which plays a very important role in innovating readers service and improving library service quality. This paper investigated and analyzed the wechat public platforms of 30 university libraries in Liaoning, and used the Wechat Communication Index(WCI)to quantify their effects on reading promotion, and finally proposed suggestions to advance wechat reading promotion.

In recent year, mobile recommendation system is widely used in various fields, while the privacy issues of mobile users are also highlighted, gradually attracting the attention of scholars. But the research on privacy protection technology is not mature enough. This paper based on the analysis of characteristics, structure and recommendation process of mobile recommendation system, described the personal privacy issues involved in the recommendation system, expounded the necessity of privacy protection and put forward the method of personal privacy protection in mobile recommendation system so as to take some advisements for mobile service.

This paper made a comprehensive evaluation for 69 journals of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences using dynamic and static indexes. Based on four core evaluation indexes with CNKI reports (2013-2015) as data resource, it analyzed the journals' academic influence and development trend. Six journals were the No.1 journal in their fields. The four indexes of overall journals increased in different degrees. 40 journals were selected as "Chinese Scientific and Technical Core Journals", and 16 of them ranked top 25%. From 2013 to 2015, sci-tech journals of CAAS had different levels of improvements, but some were slow or behind. The advanced journals in China in every field were not enough, and also the international leading journals were lacking.

Some domestic university library in China gradually applied wechat public platform to expand information service. Through the investigation on the construction status of wechat public platform in Zhejiang's university libraries, this paper analyzed the information service based on wechat public platform, and pointed out the existing problems, and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving this kind of service in the new era.

Exploring the path of deep integration between AI and library services is one of the effective measures for libraries to break the barriers of development in the era of "Internet +", and provide practical cases for library's innovation, development, transformation and upgrading. Based on a brief introduction of the challenges AI posed to library service in the aspects of resource construction, information organization and information service, this paper probed into the innovative ways of deep integration of AI and library services from the aspects of literature resource, human resource, shared space and service items, and emphasized the importance of thinking mode and decision-making structure transformation in "AI+library" service.

In recent years, China's libraries have done a lot of work on carrying out extension service, and made some achievements, and also existed some problems. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the connotation of extended service in library, this paper pointed out the existing problems, and built the innovation model of library's extension service under the background of public service, and finally discussed the implementation strategy, to effectively solve the problems and promote the sustainable development.

For university library, stereoscopic reading service model belongs to an innovative service mode, which can make students take initiative, good at reading, and ensure that the student's own reading ability can be promoted, and improve the efficiency of reading activities. Hereon, it studied the characteristics of stereoscopic reading, analyzed the components of stereoscopic reading service, and probed into the construction of stereoscopic reading service innovation mode of university library, finally expounded the safeguard measures for university library to conduct stereoscopic service innovation.

Under the background of the rapid development of "Internet+", the knowledge service work in university library has been facing new changes, new problems and new challenges, and presenting a new trend of development. Therefore, it is urgently need to speed up the transformation of service mode. Based on the connotation and main problems of knowledge service in university library, focusing on the new features and new requirements, this paper proposed six strategies of knowledge service for university library under the "Internet +" background: Reconstructing business management system, setting up humanized service concept, establishing cooperative service alliance, using the intelligent service, improving the service conditions of sharing and building the embedded service mode.

Relevant researches at home and abroad provide the theoretical basis for the establishment of makerspace in university library. Drawing lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign libraries in creating the scientific research space, it is feasible to integrate the makerspace into university library, which can include the functions of popularization, service and learning, innovative education and incubation. The realization of its functions need the input from the nation, society, corporate and charitable donation.

In modern society, library has been facing complicated competition of innovation, transformation and sustainable development. The traditional and vertical leadership structure has made libraries can't deal with the culture and technology shock. Adaptive leadership emerged as the times required, may be helpful for libraries to resolve problems. This paper analyzed the concept and connotation of adaptive leadership, then summarized the application cases in HKUST, and at last tried to build an application model of adaptive leadership in libraries, so as to provide references for general applicability.
