Survey and Analysis on Wechat Public Platform Service of University Libraries in Zhejiang Province

Abstract: The application of wechat public platform has become a trend for university library. This paper made a survey on the wechat public platforms applied in university librarites in Zhejiang province, and analyzed their situation such as building, promotion, content, service and usage, and put forward some suggestions as follows according to the existing problems: improving the standardization, strengthening the propaganda work, optimizing operation and management, strengthening special service and interaction, so as to give full play to the function of wechat public platform.
