Research on the Strategy of Improving the Efficiency of Wechat Public Platform Message Pushing

Abstract: In the network environment, many university libraries have opened wechat official accounts and operated it with library service. This paper tried to analyze the typical wechat information of university library, and the reading tendency of wechat users. The announcement news, requests for the readers and book recommendation message were more popular with users. There were several strategies to improve the effectiveness of wechat public platform message pushing, including valuing wechat operation management, choosing the opportunity to send messages, improving the quality and precision of message pushing, maintaining a fixed user group, cultivating core users and active fans, establishing the evaluation mechanism and analyzing the effectiveness of message pushing.
