Study on the Application of body Language in Reader Service of University Library

Abstract: Body language as an important expression means in information exchange, has been widely used in reader service of university library. It has played a important role in showing good image, improving the moral cultivation of librarians, and understanding readers’ reading psychology. Using body language accurately, moderately and naturally is of great significance for librarians to improve the service quality and promote the development of librarianship.
