Studying the perception factors affecting user behavior can provide mobile library service which is more consistent with user demand and is closer to user behavior, and then improve the proportion of users using mobile libraries. This paper analyzed 6 user perception factors that impacted users’ acceptance and use of mobile libraries, including perception usefulness, perception usability, perception pleasure, perception community influence, perception convenience and perception cost of usage, and put forward targeted strategies on mobile library construction.

Ancient books are the rich cultural resources of Chinese nation, which contain the profound historical, literary and ideological nature. Reading ancient works today, due to the presence of lack of ancient culture and ancient civilization, is in urgent need of the ancient books introduction work. Through the investigation of the behaviors and demands on ancient books reading, this paper selected classic Historical Records as a case, and illustrated the design scheme of ancient books introduction, the introduction mode with text and reader cared, as well as the destruction and hypertext organization of ancient books from four modules including original reading, text introduction, extended reading and comments, and further analyzed the digital introduction system construction.

Social resource collection strategy is a new construction way carried out since 2013 in Chongqing library, which has greatly promoted the construction of city resource and showed a positive impact on all aspects of resource construction. This paper summarized the advanced experience of social resource collection strategy, and objectively analyzed the shortcomings in the present stage, and put forward some suggestions for further improvement and optimization.

In the construction of university library’s electronic resource input and output performance evaluation system, it needed to catch the characteristics of each link, and make the benefit analysis according to the specific performance of indicators with the previous analysis of specific indicators, and then carry out overall evaluation. It also needed to give effective instructions about the relevant links in the electronic resource input and output process in university library, and follow certain principles, and then pay attention to the related factors analysis in the actual evaluation, so as to achieve the validity and rationality of overall evaluation.

With the increasing proportion of electronic resource purchasing in university libraries, the performance evaluation of electronic resource is increasingly necessary. Combining with the research situation, this paper selected the performance evaluation indicators of electronic resource, and carried out the performance evaluation of ten purchased databases, and conducted the comparison on the use of electronic resource in vertical with more than 10 national university libraries. The conclusion was that the university libraries should adjust the contents or weights of indicators based on the reality and evaluate the electronic resource by combining the horizontal method with vertical method to provide reliable reference for library resource construction.

Branch library is one of the main platforms for university library to carry out discipline service and has an extraordinary position in discipline construction, the resource construction and discipline service of which are closely related the construction and development of university disciplines. Therefore, it is greatly needed to research the existing problems in branch library’s participation in discipline construction and eventually propose the solutions, which would promote discipline service and accelerate the construction of branch library and disciplines as well.

Text classification is the key technology for processing large amount of text data. It can solve the information explosion problem in a certain extent. Random forests algorithm proposed by Breiman has the characteristics of good generalization and robustness, insensitivity for noise and ability in dealing with continuous attributes, which is very suitable for the establishment of text classification model. This paper attempted to construct the text classification model based on random forests algorithm, and compared with the text categorization model Reuters-21578 to verify the model's validity and accuracy for classification. Results showed: this model could be applied in text classification well; compared with the results of CART, REPTree and J48it models, it had the best effect, whose F1-Measure was 0.777; it had easy, intuitive and effective operation, and reliable results, which provided new idea for text classification research.

As the main force in the realization of Chinese Dream, college students’ reading literacy determines a nation’s future. The survey found that college students encountered some reading confusions, such as lack of interest and patience in reading, no time to read, unclear what to read, and lost in Internet reading. This paper analyzed the causes of these confusions, and proposed countermeasures, including guidance of anti-utility reading, normalization and diversification of reading promotion activities, creation of reading curricula and reading credits, introduction of reading lists, and reinforcement of network resource navigation.

In order to clarify the open access status of scientific journal papers in public websites, by using Baidu search engine as the source of literature search, this paper searched a total of 450 agricultural scientific and technical papers, including 225 papers with open access and 225 without open access. Through the contrastive analysis, it studied the data of time distribution, website distribution and total searches, and pointed out the present situation and existing problems in the open access of scientific and technical journal websites, and then put forward the improvement measures.

This paper studied how to assess the educational function of university library by using the factor analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis methods through the questionnaire. It founded empirically that readers in Lishui University were identified into four groups, including research reader, self-study reader, strolling reader and reader stayed in the library all day long; different library use patterns and different types of readers had different levels of correlation with the play of library’s educational function perceived by readers. Studying, searching data, doing research, learning together had certain dependency with students ‘educational outcomes; particularly, only using the computer was not related to students ‘educational outcomes. It also studied how the four different types of reader grouped by clustering analysis related to students ‘educational outcomes, which was a certain innovation.

This paper analyzed the open access publishing's APC deeply and parsed the profit pattern of SCOAP3 and BMC. In addition to the government's special funds, BMC commercial revenue models were also worth using for reference. Open access publishing broke the traditional publishing model and redistributed the interests to seek best balance point. It chose five typical funding agencies and introduced the open policies of them emphatically in the source of funds, subsidized object, subsidized mode, the scope of journal and the requirement of rights and interests. The reasonable support policies could determine the development prospects of open access publishing.

The researches on the community service of university library in China have developed from the early theoretical discussion to continuous practical exploration. The academic circles have been continuously improving the understanding of the community service of university library and drawing lessons from the advanced experience of developed countries to guide their practice and in-depth reflection. Based on the sufficient investigation and research of literature, this paper, by adopting the detailed reading of the texts, summarized the related researches on the community service of university library between 2002 and 2016, and further analyzed the characteristics, research focus and future development of community service of university library.

Agriculture is the basis for the construction of China’s Four Modernizations, which is related to long-term stability of the country. As an important information resource center, to provide information resource service for the construction of agriculture is library’s unshirkable responsibility. In order to understand the status of library’s agricultural service in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, this paper made the survey respectively on Library of HubeiI University for Nationalities, Enshi Vocational and Technical College Library, Library of Enshi Prefecture, Enshi City Library, and analyzed the service resource and service mode, and then found some existing problems including insufficient agricultural resource, single service mode, backwardness service means and low service level, and based on the actual circumstances of local libraries, finally proposed to change the service concept, enhance service resource development and update service mode, so as to improve the agricultural service level.

By using CiteSpaceⅢ to visually analyze the literature on wechat platform of university library published in CNKI since 2013, this paper investigated the research hotspots and development tendency of university library’s wechat public platform in recent years. Based on this, taking the wechat public platform of China University of Geosciences Library as an example, it analyzed the current situation and the existing problems from readers’ attention and message reading based on the reading statistic data of posting messages and the results of questionnaire survey, and proposed some rational suggestions on the propaganda, the promotion of OPAC function, the type of posting messages and posting time, to offer a reference for the propaganda, promotion and service of university library in new media era.
