Analysis on Highly cited papers published in Journal of Dalian Ocean University during 2003—2012

Abstract: Various problems encountered in author’s editing practice for data table were summarized, and a system analysis method for editing data table was put forward. With this method, data table is a system consisting of several interrelated elements (table sequence, title, column, data, and table note). First, check the reasonability of structure of the whole data table. Second, check the scientificness and standardization of every element. Finally, check the consistency of data table, graph, and text of the paper.
