Bibliometric Analysis of Henan Agricultural Science from 2001 to 2012

Abstract: With the rapid development of economic globalization and market-oriented agricultural economy, the impact factors of agricultural risks become more mplicated. These interrelated factors make the traditional expert decision system have much difficulty in meeting the new requirements for identification and assessment of the agricultural risks, which greatly hampers the process of agricultural risk management. Considering this problem, according to the analysis of basic steps of agricultural risk decisions based on the ontology reasoning, this paper proposes the technical architecture and implementation strategies of a new data analysis system based on the agricultural risk ontology. Finally, take the flood risk as an example, this article explains the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed system.
